    I also don't really expect to get any more box sets after Minutes To Midnight. I could see 20th Anniversary deluxe editions with like a bonus CD of unreleased stuff for the later albums though.

    Maybe instead of trying to aim for what would be successful they make the music they want to make. You know...the thing Linkin Park has been doing since the beginning.

    I feel like that's kinda the opposite of how LP albums start. Papercut, Don't Stay, Given Up, Lost In The Echo and Keys to the Kingdom are all heavy, in-your-face type songs.

    Yeah I really like Meteora as a half hour of power. A longer album wouldn't have had the same impact from start to finish.

    I wonder if this is part of the reason they brought 15 songs for mixing. If Somewhere I Belong or From The Inside wasn't able to be finished would they have just used one of the others?

    At this point I'm going to be more surprised if more than one or two tracks on Lost Demos don't have complete vocals. lol They've been holding these things back for something special.

    Fighting Myself is still my favorite of the four new songs we've heard. lol It is so nice to be listening to Healing Foot after two decades of listening to that short clip.

    I think with the amount of songs we have that were left off of MTM (including stuff like Pretend To Be and Not Alone that were finished later) it could have easily been a double album if the band wanted it to be.

    It reminds me a lot of Mike's Enjoy The Silence remix. Chester is also singing kind of like he did on Hybrid Theory EP. It's so nice hearing the full song after listening to that clip for the past 20 years. I didn't expect it to actually have vocals since it doesn't even have a final title.

    I love it. The ending gives me chills even after over a dozen listens. This and Lost have already made the box set worth it to me and I haven't even got to experience any of the live tracks.

    Yeah my original estimated arrival was April 8th and then I got the email with the revised date. lol At least I'll be able to stream the audio portion on Spotify in the meantime.

    I got an email from Amazon saying that my estimated delivery date is May 2nd. 😭

    Yeah but since Linkin Park wanted an instrumental on the album nothing was going to kick Session off of there.

    Hit The Floor has been one of my least favorite Meteora tracks since the album released. I don't think any amount of time is going to make me like HTF more than Fighting Myself. Hit The Floor is super fun to scream along to though which is nice. lol

    I really think Fighting Myself with a little more polish should have replaced Hit The Floor on the final release.

    I just want to point out that Nik actually liked Lost and also says his metal versions are shit so he's self-aware and not really trying to "fix" the song.

    I'm definitely going to miss having the individual sleeves for each disc. Besides that I really like the photo album style of the new set.

    Yeah that's how we got a different version of Blackout in (I think) a FIFA game. And most memorable for me there was blink-182's Feeling This in Madden 2004 under the working title (Action).

    The game released in late 2008. I don't think there's any chance it was an alternate version of the song and it sounds like the version on MTM to me.

    I think the 2002 mix of Lost is exclusive to the CD box set (which doesn't include Lost Demos - which is only in the deluxe set).

    The box set (including Lost Demos) is coming out on April 7th, not March 23rd. The original leaked date was March 24th but when the set was officially announced in early February it was announced for an April 7th release. The date was never officially "changed" since the earlier date was never announced.
