I really hope Jeff's house is safe these days.. I think there was a story about Fred Durst's house burning down a few years ago, and with it some of Limp Bizkit's memorabilia...

So whose idea was this meeting? Did Jeff invite you or did you ask to come?

Now I think the name So Far Away was invented specifically for the LPU release

Jeff Blue's Vault - Discoveries & Fun Facts

This is based on Rob's drum tracking schedule, meaning they were working on a new version but may not have finished it, it may have been dropped from the track list early on and it never even got to any intermediate version. There's one thing that's always been confusing to me: Why did the band make new demos of Part Of Me and Carousel when they had good EP versions? The later demos sound much weaker and less polished in terms of the mix. Meanwhile, the And One demo has been going from disc to disc completely unchanged. It's like they didn't have multitracks of the songs from that EP, and they couldn't change the parts like they did with the demos that originally featured Mark singing, and they basically replaced the vocal takes. So it's like they re-created those HTEP tracks (Part of Me, Carousel, and High Voltage too). And another interesting detail, also concerning these tracks and not only: Chester's vocals on HTEP sound most similar to the vocals in HT, but on all the demos between them - it sounds completely different, as if it were more like how Mark sang (bright examples - Untitled, Esaul, Rhinestone, Carousel, Part Of Me, Crawling, Slip, etc.) - the vocals are very "fuzzy" and not so powerful. Maybe they were looking for a different sound for themselves...- 44 replies

If Dave left the band after Chester joined, then Kyle's story about them joining around the same time is incorrect?

I believe the working title for Numb was "Figure 09" since we have all the known tracks (15) on the meteorа sessions songboard except Numb; and Figure 09 and Plaster II at the same time, which makes no sense, and since we know the working title for the original Figure 09 is Plaster II, the working title on the board "Figure 09" is simply redundant. I don't believe there could have been two versions of the same song at that stage (which is, as I understand it, tracking, when everything is ready for recording). Later, when the name "Numb" was coined, its working title was transferred to another song as the final one.

The first thing I saw there was the face of a burned man, with burnt skin to the bone (I will not attach a photo example). Scary shit, in my opinion

Where the hell do you see that there?

I'd rather have a timer starting in 2017 for ~60k hours than this game.

Will they perform "Lost" since that song is such a hit these days?
-
it will be great if we also get a music video for QWERTY, consisting of concert and studio footage🙄

Dude, it's not like an investigation bureau) Why don't you admit that some songs could have been invented at a later stage of work in the studio? What makes you think that the song list necessarily contains all the material that the band worked on during that cycle? And yet, why do you think that these tracks are similar musically? Because they both have something like pianos and distorted guitars? For me, these tracks have never been the same, completely different melodies. -
Just listened to the full track. It sounds very bright, in my opinion it is very different from the rest of the tracks on the album both in sound and mood. I think this track would fit perfectly into some album in 2005 (a little more poppy than Meteora, if of course there was one). Glad to hear new music with Chester.

I just listened to Korn's Paradigm Shift, the track "Tell Me What You Want", and I heard an interesting detail. These are drum samples in the background. They seemed to me very similar to samples from Mike's track Pods (1/3). Let me remind you that the Paradigm Shift was produced by Don Gilmore (Hybrid Theory and Meteora). Samples: Tell Me What You Want Pods What do you think?
