What a cool thing to do for the LPU. They always treat the fan club very well with events.

Linkin Park literally does this for a living. Scavenger hunts, timers, trolling, puzzles, all that stuff. This is who they are. Sit back and enjoy the ride and don't take things so seriously. We'll get something when it's time. Of course it's like "WTF" in the moment but we don't know the endgame yet - it'll all make sense.

No one even knows what the endgame on this is. One thing is for sure - they are hyping up something big by doing all of this. They knew how many people would be tuned in on this. Let's see how it goes.

I don't think it's possible to be let down by the announcement. Don't expect a tour, they will absolutely explode social media with show announcements the rest of the year - no reason we need all of that tomorrow. They may announce a new song coming though. Let's see. Whatever they do will be super exciting.

It's just speculation. Someone on Twitter made up that it "leaked." It's just because of her Instagram followers having a few LP members. But that could be from any time since Instagram was created to now.

The Deryck thing seems like smoke and mirrors. Mike himself said he couldn’t see anyone from the Bowl show joining the band. He said none of them stacked up to Chester. That isn’t going to be a move they make as a band. Still think the band is about to surprise us all with someone no one guessed on Wednesday.

My take: It would be odd if only one member does not join, right? If it were Mike/Dave/Brad like the Billboard article suggested, I could see that. But Mike, Dave, Brad, and Joe surely could mean Rob, right? And the reason this all took so long was to get them all on the same page and on board after writing music for so many years?

Literally no one said something isn’t coming. They are experts at marketing new stuff for fans. This is a journey and Bleed It Out is tied to it in some way surely.

The base is the Billboard article, following Jay's comments, which Dave Brooks confirmed with sources close to the band. Warner and LP are the number one people to kill/wipe anything from the face of the Internet completely within minutes and they let this article run all year? It was surely a plant by the band or label to drum up interest for the upcoming tour dates. Billboard doesn't just post nonsense or lie about stuff, this writer is very well-connected.

Updated guess: Hybrid Theory tribute band posted a leak last night and then deleted it. So, Bleed It Out with a bunch of different singers and then they unveil the final female at the end?
