  1. He would never answer it. No point.
  2. I wonder if they took a Metallica song and turned it into some shitty pop cringe worthy fest like OML the album was. And then had the God awful Machine Gun Kelly rap over it.
  3. The MTM tour was the best of all time
  4. It did in first week of sales? Either way we will never know, maybe the band planned Australia / New Zealand in 2018 or 2017 even. Got cut short way too soon.
  5. I was at the Porsche Design Meet & Greet in NYC in early 2014 and two guys behind me in line asked Chester to play in India. He said they will play there soon. There is actually a video of them asking him. So maybe the band tried but it didn't end up working, who knows. Mike is different though, he isn't LP, it's Mike. So perhaps he could pull off a solo show there in like Dubai or something at a club? Idk. Would be cool. STP with Chester was going to play there in early 2014 but the tour got cancelled so Chester could work on THP. India would be epic. I hope he also plays Australia / New Zealand as well. It's crazy that LP haven't played there since 2013. Same as Malaysia, he needs to go there. Those were places that LP went to and there are a lot of fans there who haven't seen a related show since the LT era. I know THP and OML didn't hit #1 in the charts in their first week like HT, Meteora, MTM, ATS and LT did but I don't think that's why the tour was skipped there for THP and OML. You can't even really count OML anyways since the tour got cut short so soon. THP seemed to focus more on U.S. and Europe the most. Idk. I hope he goes to those places, though.
  6. Oh yeah, I forgot he did Japan already. Well, still. I think Australia / New Zealand definitely deserves a few shows, though. There are a lot of fans there who want to see Mike play badly. And it’s been a while. China, yeah, the band has developed a strong marketing / friendship with Mercedes and China since like 2014/2015 so he will probably play there. Large fan base there I think as well and hasn’t Joe been hanging out there a lot? U.K. would be cool too but he just did a Europe tour a few months ago so idk if he will. Seems like maybe he will want to focus on places he hasn’t been in a while. Maybe he could take a trip to Mexico and South America too.
  7. Australia / New Zealand deserves a tour! LP haven’t played there since 2013. Same as Japan too, LP hasn’t played there since 2013. India debut would be epic. But he definitely will probably play China and others in South East Asia. We will have to wait and see.
  8. No idea. Would love to be able to help you after everything you have given us (the fans). Astat would probably know because he is really smart with stuff like this.
  9. THP, a main album, just came out. So of course they would want to focus more on promoting that and touring it, etc.
  10. Yeah, 2015, more so later in the year, starting with like May.
  11. We probably won’t see any live releases from anything unless the band reforms and does shows again. Can’t see them putting out anything live from 2017 and prior at this point. OML Live was probably the last release we will get from the Chester years. Sucks because there is a lot in the vaults. I don’t want tons or shows even. Just some full shows from which they have released songs from. Like Chiba 2006, Tampa 2004, Milan 2003, San Diego 2002, Wantagh 2001, maybe Live 8, etc. Chiba 2006 would be the show that I would want the most.
  12. Yeah, a mp3 rip of the song would be great.
  13. I agree 100%. Even personally, like I said, I remember being super excited about it when it was announced. By the time that it happened, I didn't even really care about it that much anymore. And that after it I basically forgot about it. Like you said, being a one off show, and the band played like 10 songs after the HT songs were done, too. And THP was literally released the same week so that was way more exciting. I mean I bet it was cool if you were at the show front row or something but yeah.
  14. Another guy who loves Warner and doesn't want to hear old school shows I guess.
  15. Cool of Mike to post this for us. However, I largely prefer the final version. The verses desperately needed that percussion that they get on the final version.
  16. One hell of an epic thing this was. I remember when the news broke in late 2013 that they would be doing this and I was chilling with my best friend at the time who was just as big of a fan of the band as I was and we were both saying how we wished we could go. Was definitely an epic show. Random as hell (no bands do a show for the 14th anniversary, it’s usually like 10 or 15 or 20). But it was good. Didn’t love the official release (wish they gave us the whole show like Moscow 2011 style). The bootleg is great. 2014 was a good year for the band (while 2015 wasn’t, IMO). Makes more sense anyways though because THP came out in 2014 not 2015. Pretty much every show from after Ozzfest up until the end of PR02 featured the entire album (minus CFTI in full) but this was something different. Was cool they played it in order. Was nice to hear By Myself and Forgotten after so long.
  17. Hate how it sounds honestly. The final version is sooooooo much better, especially the verses, with that drum sound and crisper delivery.
  18. Yeah but those aren’t officially released shows. The DSP’s are 100% in the hands of the label and only they can release it. And they never will because they only care about absolute max profit. Something from 2008 - especially live recordings - are something that they will never care about.
  19. Warner didn’t want those EPIC shows in Europe 2008 coming out. Even though they were amazing. Omg so many epic countries and shows and sets. I would do unspeakable things for a DSP of Dublin 2008 or Athens 2008.
  20. Where is the Tokyo 2006 DSP full? It’s a crime it was never released. Same as Bamboozle 2007 DSP. What a joke.
  21. Yeah Chester said that Phoenix hated ETR. Lol. Idk it didn’t sound that bad live. But I can see why they stopped using it after PR03. HTF could have became good sounding if they had kept it around. I can picture it being epic on PR04 with Chester’s screaming at that point. Funnily enough, Chester said during an interview in 2017 that he has been listening to HTF and wanted to play it again.
  22. Eh... I will check it out when it drops. Never been a massive fan of Grey Daze stuff, although some was good. (My favorite stuff Chester did outside of LP were DBS and Kings Of Chaos).
  23. It still blows my mind 100% as to why the band did not release the Birmingham 2017 show in full. Even if just the audio. The video exists too because they’ve sent BTH and some of OSC to Warren Willis which are out there on YouTube, etc. They also released that small pro-shot of Chester’s speech before OML. So it’s out there. Even audio would be fine by me. I’d pay money for it. It was Chester’s last show ever. I don’t care if it was the worst show that the band ever played, it was extremely special. And it was a fantastic show btw just proving a point. Hell, even give us 1 show each year for LPU CD’s!!! The fans could pick, like a poll. I’d pay for a LPU membership again gladly. Hasn’t been an official LPU since 2017 and we didn’t get a CD with LPU 17. LPU 18 didn’t even have a LPU, just some merch. I’d gladly take 1 show from the vaults instead of demos.
  24. It's a shame because the band sounded fire in 2013. Listen to the pro-shot songs from Summer Sonic 2013 for example. Or any audience recording from the year. Super high energy. I just watched a LPTV episode from Summer Sonic 2013 and Mike said to Chester ''you know the LPLive fansite? They said this is the most energy they have heard at live shows in years'' or something like that. The high energy is probably why the band decided to start writing THP music in 2013, because they wanted something aggressive and high energy, I remember Mike saying that they liked the crowd reactions and were feeding off the high energy at the time. It was such a strange time to stop DSP's, too, in the middle of a touring cycle. Why couldn't they just have done the small amount of 2013 shows and finished when LT cycle wrapped up? Makes no sense. Would have made more sense to stop with a new cycle starting instead of smack dab in the middle of one. Sunset Strip should have been released FOR SURE, I was there, legendary show, and the audience videos don't do it justice. Also, the Soundwave shows were epic. Summer Sonic was epic. Lots of good. That Malaysia show mentioned too was good.
