  1. It seems so, from Twitter.
  2. Yeah, that is a bit odd. Like you said though, they had a UK tour planned. No idea why they canceled. At least the UK can get Download this summer, though, with Hybrid Theory in full. That should make up for it a little bit. But I know I would be pissed if LP skipped the US for a whole album cycle.
  3. I thought it was 2:30 EST?
  4. If Chester just chucked a live version of Morning After on the soundtrack, it wouldn't count in the BMI datebase, right? Most likely a stupid question.
  5. BBC - Radio 1
  6. Any known songs from High Rise that didn't make the cut? Btw, a lot of the songs posted don't have some of the demo titles. Some songs had multiple demo titles. For example, ''Runaway'' should have ''Stick N Move'' as a demo title. Maybe they reworked parts of ''Stick N Move'' into ''Runaway'', similar to what they did with ''Fire In The City'' and ''21 Stitches'', but on LPU9 it's listed as a Runaway demo, so I'd say it was official. Also, ''Leave Out All The Rest'' also had ''When My Time Comes'' as a demo title and ''No Roads Left'' also had ''No Roads Left But One'' as a demo title, too. I'm sure there are more missing here.
  7. LOL epic fail from Phoenix tonight.
  8. Ok, so I've had a digital copy of the ''Let Down Single'' for years. My question is... it seems that every physical copy of it that I found online, ''Fire (Live)'' is the only bonus track for it? I also have a live version of Let Down that came with it, professionally mixed, that is different than the Let Down (Live) acoustic single that was released on iTunes, and it's also different than the version of Let Down included on the KROQ Almost Acoustic Christmas compilation from 2009. Where is this from? Is it somehow not official?
  9. I'm going to listen to the snippet one last time and then no more for today. I will listen to the snippet once more tomorrow morning as well as GATS and then I am going to wait for the world premiere on Zane Lowe. I always ruin new LP songs with snippets and this time I don't want to do that.
  10. It's funny that you say this because I have been thinking the same thing lately. I think this album has the potential to become my new ''favorite'' LP album, even beating out MTM. I like GATS a lot and the clip of this song just sounds extremely awesome.
  11. Ahh yeah. He did that thing with DBS back in 2009, I think.
  12. I remember Zane Lowe debuting The Catalyst and he also debuted Lies Greed Misery, but other than that, I have never really heard of him. He seems pretty popular though, in the UK.
  13. You are forgetting the DJ Whoo Kid & LP song from 2007. Mike mentioned a few times in 2007 around the time of the Webster Hall show and he also said it at the Webster Hall show.
  14. http://www.setlist.fm/setlist/afi/2014/are...a-3bc29c04.html Probably something like that. Nice little set, though.
  15. So 2:30 PM EST?
  16. Is the white projekt revolution 2007 tour pick rare? I have that one. I apparently fucking lost my Chester guitar pick from Projekt Revolution 2007...
  17. YES. Finally. Can't wait to hear this song...
  18. The band LOVES playing LGM.
  19. I definitely wasn't being serious when I said ''I only like Linkin Park and nu-metal bands''.
  20. We need a HQ of this.
  21. If you guys haven't figured it out yet, I post stupid stuff like that all the time. When it comes to things like that, I am 99% joking or trolling. I don't like nu-metal, everyone knows that. MTM is my favorite LP album for fucks sake. That nu-metal playlist Mike made was awesome, though. It was funny to blast and hear people say turn it down. Also, I do love Hybrid Theory & Meteora. NOT because they are nu-metal and I think the songs are good, though. I love them because they hold special meaning to me (like most LP fans) and I grew up with those albums. In no way, shape or form would I ever consider them better than MTM, ATS or LT. They are fun to play loud sometimes and rock out. The lyrics are lackluster on those albums and I don't like the whole nu-metal thing going on. This is all funny because the first album I ever bought in my life was Significant Other by Limp Bizkit and I used to listen to other nu-metal bands at the time like System and Disturbed and shit. I just grew up and learned that nu-metal is terrible around 2004 or 2005 and then LP changed in 2007 and it further made me despise nu-metal. Here is a quote from Chester for you guys. "But we've really moved away from anything that sounds like nu-metal. I know that we kind of helped create, I guess, the sound of that genre, but I hate that genre. I'm not going to speak for everyone, but I can personally tell you that I am not a big fan of almost everybody in that category. There are a few bands that I don't really believe belong in there, and we're one of those bands."
  22. Still cool. I'm most excited about the Page Hamilton collab. Thanks for sharing.
  23. I can't agree with that.
  24. Honestly, I can see this being an issue in the future with fans of music at shows.
  25. How do all these other drummers in metal bands and stuff do it every album and every tour? Is LP really hard drum wise? Serious question, I know nothing about drums.
