No I was talking more about how they post all those pics and memes and shit and act like ATS is the only good album LP has. I am so sick of hearing it and all the bitching about every little thing LP does.

MTM & ATS definitely did have better lyrics, but still, they weren't insanely good, it's not LP's strongest point like some other bands have.

Thank God there isn't anyone yet here who has complained about the lyrics. Apparently people listen to LP for the lyrics? I never knew that, LP lyrics have been on the same level ever since HT, and yes, that includes ATS lyrics. ATS was not a lyrical masterpiece.

No problem! This is why I collect the Loveline episodes with LP or LP band members. Loveline is always great, we get great information from them and they are funny and awesome to listen to.

I saw that whole ''Transformers band'' thing in action when I was at a local bar one night a year or two ago, and LP was being played on the jukebox thing they have there, and some guy started talking about LP with his friend and I overheard him say something like ''I think they only make songs for Transformers now, I don't think they make albums anymore''. But it's kind of odd because LT had just been released and it was the number one rock album in 2012. I think LP has fallen a little bit out of the mainstream in recent years, they still sell lots of albums and sell out arenas, etc, but as far as what casual fans know, I think that is true. Even more so now that they made an album like THP and they are not on Transformers 4 (as far as we know).

Perfect example of why LP needs to break free from a record label, especially Warner Bros.

Look at some of the songs that LP has played at Download in 2007, 2011. Seriously? I bet we will get some slow songs, they'd never have the balls to make a full heavy set, especially if they are going to be doing HT in full. I'm sure we will get shit like the Ballad Medley, Numb, What I've Done, etc. Slow songs.

This is a good thing, IMO. I've seen people call LP ''the Transformers band'' and shit like that so many times over the years. It's only natural that they would pick someone like Imagine Dragons for it because they are huge in the mainstream right now and are very safe radio rock, it will fit well with Transformers. As far as LP being on the soundtrack, possibly, but I wouldn't really count on it.

I think The Summoning and War is like one big track, they are both short and I think they will be very heavy.

Is it just me or do the songs from ATS suck when they are performed live? I think all of LP's other albums translate very well live, even LT. Honestly, even if you love ATS, you must agree that a lot of the songs from the album do not translate well? The only one that ever translated well IMO, was WTCFM. What do all of you ATS lovers think?

All are great except for WFTE. Not a fan of the ATS shit in the sets, especially if they plan on bringing heavier and higher energy songs back into the sets for this year. I think the only ATS song deserving of being in a set is WTCFM.
