  1. I really think that's what happened. I wrote this before, but I think Rob was in the right place at the right time when the band became famous, also because of his talent. I don’t know, I always had the impression that he and Joe (he proved me wrong) weren’t that enthusiastic about the career itself. When Chester passed away, Rob must have felt like his chapter was over too. Maybe it was a feeling he already had, but due to tours, albums, contracts, and respect for the other members, he couldn't act on it. The problem is that it’s all speculation because he just disappeared. It's not the other members' role to explain Rob's reasons, so he could have taken five minutes or asked someone from his team to write a farewell message, or at least record a video. Will we never know anything more about him?
  2. Thank you so much, man! It means a lot to me! 😁
  3. 100% correct. I bought my ticket for the floor and renewed my LPU just yesterday.
  4. Don't get me wrong, I completely understand Rob not wanting to participate in a new phase. It might be a mistaken perception, but I've always had the feeling that in recent years he wasn't that interested in this career and was there due to contractual obligations. Now, the least he could do is release a statement thanking the fans. Either way, I wish him the best. He was very kind when I met him.
  5. Yeah, you're right!
  6. I couldn't agree more with you. I think it's just a phase where some things are new and still need to be accepted by the subconscious. The day before yesterday, I was hesitant about a comeback. Now everything seems to be the best possible decision. As for Rob, he will be greatly missed. Still, I always felt that he never really cared much about being in the spotlight. I think it's a matter of personality, and when Chester passed away, he finally understood that the chapter was already over. This is completely my speculation, but maybe he wanted to leave earlier, but contracts and planning didn’t allow it. As for Brad, there's that feeling of being in between. He's there and not there. I’m really happy that he hasn’t disappeared like Rob, but he will be greatly missed on stage. I also think it’s a health issue, but I wouldn’t rule out the possibility of him showing up for one or two songs at a future show
  7. Half of the band on stage will be different. I really liked what I saw, but it will take some time for my subconscious to accept and process that Linkin Park is on stage without Chester, Brad, and Rob.
  8. Now it really feels like everything is getting back to normal! 😂
  9. This is so sad! The feeling is like when a dear friend moves far away. Even though you know everything is fine and he's still "around," you won't see each other as often. I wish him the very best and hope he shows up at a concert now and then to play a song or two in the coming years.
  10. I’ll be in LA! I’m traveling 18 hours from Brazil for the show in LA! LET'S GO!
  11. All sectors are still available.
  12. What are the chances that the LPU pre-sales will sell out the tickets for the shows in the US?
  13. LPLive, where's the page dedicated to the 2024 shows? You need to create it! LOL Just kidding! 😄
  14. I think it wasn’t like that in the past, but it makes sense at this moment.
  15. Guys, I have a question. I want to buy tickets for the Los Angeles show. I went to renew my LPU and it said that my membership needs to be active at the time of the tour announcement to have access to the pre-sale. Does this mean that if I sign up for the LPU now, I won’t have access to tomorrow’s pre-sale?
  16. Definitely, we should have more dates for South America and Asia. Now there is no more room between these dates for many other shows.
  17. LYING FROM YOU!!! IT’S GOOD TO SEE IT BACK
  18. That's what he made us understand. Now, what more important commitment did he have? We must have misunderstood
  19. It seems that the event will be streamed live on Linkin Park's YouTube channel.
  20. I agree with you 100%. Honestly, I didn’t want a comeback with a new vocalist. If the band decided to return by just releasing new material without any shows but with Mike alone on vocals, I would love it. I’m also not in favor of a comeback unless all five members agree and are together in this new phase. What do I mean by that? I was completely irritated by the way we were treated, even though I didn’t want to receive the news they were probably going to give. We’re not talking about something we experienced between 2000 and 2017. We’re talking about a new phase after losing someone who was important in all of our lives. I think it was a disastrous marketing move, and they lost all the attention the world was giving them. I don’t think there’s any justification for saying it’s something they usually do. It wasn’t the time for this "joke." Now they ended up hurting a lot of people’s feelings.
  21. Yes, that's true, but I think it has now gone beyond reasonable. I think you could say it was even a bit cruel. They must imagine that people were expecting an announcement about a return to activities. Even if that wasn't the announcement, it would have been better to say what they had to say right away. Creating an expectation, knowing that many want the return, and then not delivering at the time they indicated is a bit of a bad joke. It could be that the members had no influence on this and it was just the marketing team's fault, but I think it was a terrible decision
  22. I agree. It seems like whoever planned this has no idea how much expectation this would create for some people. This band is the most important part of many people's lives, and this disappointment goes far beyond just a simple joke. I don't know. When you end up going against your audience, eventually they get tired of you. Sure, if they announce in a year that they're coming back, they'll get media attention, but creating new anticipation for an announcement could be a problem. They gained attention with just a clock. Can they pull that off again? Another thing: If you feel so offended by other people's opinions, why are you on a forum?
  23. We had some really interesting opinions here. Honestly, this was the most media attention the band has received since Chester's passing. I believe they got even more attention than when they released unreleased tracks. They missed a huge opportunity to announce whatever they plan to announce. Making the clock change direction after it hit zero was a terrible marketing move. Regardless of whether it was an announcement of their return or the sale of a new keychain model, a huge opportunity was lost. They won't have this attention again.
  24. IN THE END, IT DOESN'T EVEN MATTER 🤡 🤡 🤡
  25. Is the Ticket Master website working for everyone? I cant buy my tickets.
