  1. "Come to Brazil" is something very strong for Linkin Park fans, but it's something all artists mention when they perform here. The thing is, Brazilian fans are very "loud" on the internet. The level of engagement from the Brazilian audience with anything is amazing. The band is very loved here, but Brazil is a third-world country and very large. It's very complicated and expensive for a fan from the north of Brazil to travel to São Paulo for a show. Because it's difficult, many fans would wait for another opportunity to attend a show. With the band's return, I think a previously suppressed demand is now being fulfilled.
  2. Each situation is different. In this specific case, it seems that the second show was already confirmed, and they just wanted to make sure about the demand. There should have been a specific clause in the contract with the band and the stadium management to automatically confirm the second show.
  3. The same happened with the shows in 2014. In 2012, a show was canceled due to low ticket sales. It wasn't just in 2017.
  4. IMPORTANT INFO FROM LINKINPARK.COM: "For the just added November 16, 2024, show in São Paulo, Brazil, you may use the existing pre-sale code displayed in your LPU portal as long as the ticket limit of 4 tickets has not been exhausted. No new pre-sale codes will be issued if you have exceeded your ticket limit of 4 with the previous pre-sales."
  5. Completely expected! The sales were insane and show how the band's comeback has brought a demand they hadn't seen in recent years. At the 2017 show, the promoter ran several promotions to sell the tickets, and it was not a sold-out event. Let's go! If I manage to get a ticket, it will be my fourth show of the From Zero World Tour and the tenth overall. It will be very special.
  6. UPDATE ON A POSSIBLE SECOND SHOW IN SÃO PAULO: Ticketmaster Brazil (the ticket sales website) has just added a date selection option on the ticket sales page for the Allianz Parque show. Obviously, there’s still only one date available, but this option wasn't there until yesterday. There's only one reason to add this option after the sales for the November 15th show began... 7. Indeed, there are strong rumors of two shows in Rio de Janeiro at the Engenhão (Nilton Santos) stadium after the São Paulo show in November. It seems that everything depends on demand, and this São Paulo show is seeing huge demand. To me, the extra São Paulo show on the 16th is almost confirmed, and they are waiting for the general public sale for the show on the 15th to start on Monday. But for those in Rio, we need to wait a little longer to know if it’s true. November
  8. One question: Are they still selling the same merch in Korea that were available in the US and Europe? I ask this because practically all the products had only the six original dates of the tour, and now we have three new shows.
  9. There is a TV channel that broadcasts many big shows that take place in Brazil. You can be sure that Linkin Park will receive an offer for the broadcast, but let's see if they will accept.
  10. Interesting! I knew he had been involved in the production, but I don't remember anyone confirming that he was actually there. I was really happy about it. For me, this puts an end to the obviously false rumors that he would be playing at the shows in South America. It doesn't make sense for him to be present in Los Angeles and not play, but then travel to South America to do so. He’s definitely not going to do that anymore. Maybe he’ll play one or two songs at a future show in Los Angeles I really don't remember anyone mentioning this, but I could be wrong. Maybe he'll end up going whenever the band plays in California.
  11. Wait a minute, Brad was at the show in Los Angeles! Did anyone know that? 😱
  12. Good to know there are more people who do that! 😅 Where are you leaving from for the shows?
  13. Tickets purchased for the show in São Paulo! It will be my third show of the From Zero World Tour and the ninth one in my life!
  14. LPU members can buy tickets for any section of the stadium or arena during the pre-sale. There is a section that is exclusive to LPU members, and other fans cannot purchase tickets for it during the regular sale. In the end, the LPU section will sell out very quickly, and even if it were possible, no fan would be able to buy tickets during the regular sale.
  15. I saw this and I think that's really it. The doubt remained because the page wasn't updated with the new dates. Thank you!
  16. Will the dates to be considered an LPU Legacy change? I renewed my LPU on September 6th to attend the shows in Los Angeles and Bogotá. Will I still be considered LPU Plus? I had read that the priority for pre-sales would be given to those who were members until the show announcement. Did I misunderstand that?
  17. No, if you are a student, a person with disabilities, professor/teacher or a senior citizen, you pay half the ticket price. You just need to show proof at the stadium entrance, but foreigners can also buy this ticket. To convert to dollars, just divide the price by 5.80. For example, the LPU section is 153 USD and 76 USD for the half-price ticket.
  18. What I found most curious is the fact that in São Paulo, the LPU section is the closest to the stage, in front of the premium floor section.
  19. I can't see Mike taking on more vocals in Blackout. Even so, I got curious about how it would be. Me too! Where do I sign up to make that happen? 🤣
  20. Blackout would make total sense and would sound amazing with Emily's voice.
  21. Now is official! 😂
  22. Yes, you're right. How did they forget all those times? 🤣 To be honest, I don't remember the songs from Meteora being played before the studio version was released. Honestly, I don't doubt it. Really, having a good memory is not Mike's best quality. 😅 The song is amazing. Emily's performance is incredible. I still want to hear Mike's part better, especially in the studio version. The song leaked, but I didn't think it was right to go after it since it'll be available tomorrow. People were saying earlier that it seemed like a Meteora song, and I disagreed. Now, you said something that makes more sense. It really does sound like a Meteora demo.
  23. It wasn’t just QWERTY. I also remember Talking to Myself, Good Goodbye, Battle Symphony, Wastelands, One More Light, and Invisible. Practically all the songs from One More Light that were ever played were performed on the South American tour in 2017 before the studio version was released.
