It seems like a much less of a stage set up compared to LA? Disappointing, I really liked the visuals for that show, doesn't appear to be any for this one

I think it will work out lol I have Mike's signed skate decks and the Welcome deluxe cover thingie and have seen LP about 15 times but never been to a fort minor show. It's crazy but I think I managed to find something that will work. I will have to take a train in the day to Birmingham and then check into the hotel and then head to London and get the train back to Birmingham getting back at like 2am and then the train to work at 6:30am to get in work for 10am it's doable this way! As hotels are cheaper and then I am travelling at least half way home after the show. I saw the other shows only had set lists of around 45 minutes, does anyone know the start time as it says the it is 7:30-11:00, train home is at 11:30 with ten minute walk... Crazy crazy! See you peeps there! LPU and LP Live FTW! ahh there is a good view from the stage?? I am sure lets do an LPL stage invasion!

SO tempted by this. Just a few issues. I have Tuesday off work but I am working early Wednesday. I don't drive but it is a fairly easy 4 hour train journey there, Tuesday is no problem but then I would need to find a way to get back home on the Wednesday for work. I could prob change my shift to not make it to much of an issue, but also I can't find any cheap hotels in the area. There is an early train home at like 6 in the morning which is not a peak ticket so train would be okay, if i changed my shift I could do that, if I could find a cheap hotel. Or perhaps I could get 11:30pm train which gets into Birmingham at around 2am (I could checkin on Tuesday on the way there) and stay there for a few hours till the early train in the morning (although this ends up only being about 4 hours, plus potential to go wrong/missed train would leave me stranded) Also doing on my lonesome is never as fun ;P Hmm... gonna be a lot of work to make this happen. Damn last minute quick announcements! I got a ticket... what the hell... I hope this works out lol

To be honest I don't really care. This seems a normal and expected move to me. Sometimes I feel the fanbase react negatively towards the band, never really understood what the band was about to begin with. Those people got mad when the band where no longer hybrid theory or this or that. They have always been about doing there own thing and following whatever is exciting to them and that just seems to be an extension of that. Before you judge, lets see what they actually do. Creativity in the music business is low, but oppurtunity is at an all time high with new technogoly and social media as a tool to promote. The business as a whole is ready for innovation rather than just the music. Mike has always been very much intreasted in this, he has always talked about it, he has appeared at conferences around the world and spoken about it, this is just an extension of that. Even when they started they based the band name around a domain name. This really is just the band being themselves. But as a fan for me, it all starts with the music. So please more music. All the other stuff will be cool, but let it be something that comes inbetween new music and tours. Considering you get an album around every two years and a tour some years and some not in your area, if there is other intreasting stuff coming out, then great.

Well if you had worked on a song, flown out and did the music video then sudden the song is released before you heard anything else, your cut from it and not even spoken to about the change, it would seem more like you where throw out without a choice. Seems really odd. I mean I am not a famous talented and extremely busy musician, but surely it would be normal to at least tell the person your no longer part of the song and reasons why rather than just release it to the world? Whatever the reasons, also a PR disaster waiting to happen depending on how the other artist reacts. Also as a side note, reading through this page on my phone thinking "wow what an idiot. Someone quoting the same person three times" Only to realise that person is me. Doh! #fail P.s Also I think people that use hashtags in places they are irrelevant are also idiots.... Double doh!

Hmm repackaged Rising Tied deluxe package with some new songs / remixes and merc etc for 10 year anniversary in Novemeber ?

Linkin Park has a venture capitalist fund.... great...... not really sure anyone cares about that. I always get nervous when I hear "new sound", I was always worried the hunting party was going to go a EDM direction and was super happy when it was confirmed it wouldn't. I worry that this is still on the cards though.

Ah that does suck. I didn't realise Carnivores was like that, I thought this tour was pretty much the same.

Wow this sucks. I hope Chester is okay and I feel sad for the band, they seemed to be having so much fun on tour. Lot of people are going to be bummed. At least it happened on the US tour and not else where since the US has already had a massive tour this cycle so its much less of a big deal. But wow.... still is pretty huge.

Super pleased for you dude! I had wet and greet today, spoke to Chester a lot, he kept high fiving me!! And got the hunting party vinyal signed. Love this band. Incredible few days hanging out with the LPU being at the front and meeting the guys for the first time!

I was there for the first show woop! In the hotel right now, have meet and greet for tonight but not sure if I eanna give up early entry as it was so awesome! Prob saw a lot of you, sorry didn't say hi, was a little out of it from lack of sleep, travelling etc! But whoa was an awesome show

Heading off in six hours. Just got my LPU laminate in the post today (Great timing!) Going to use the early entry to get a good spot on Sunday and I hav meet and greet for Monday. Woo.

Sunday ticket has arrived, coach and hotel booked! Oh yea!! Only issue is hotel seems to be slightly in a different place than the website made out. The website made out it was 0.9 miles from the o2 arena, which is technically true, but the river is slightly in the way, meaning it might be slightly more difficult on foot. But sure can work it out! Looking forward to this one! 3 gigs in 3 days. Boom.

I just picked up a ticket for £73 pounds from GetMeIn. Since it's done by ticketmaster and they guarantee tickets hopefully will be valid. Not to bad really, only £20 pounds more than total price for general sale.

hmm to pick up a ticket and go on the Sunday as well.... decisions decisions....

Likely a copyright issue with rights expiring and likely why they where able to get Youtube to change the video without lossing the stats. If LP management sent a request mentioning legal and copyright issues, I am sure YouTube is all over that.

Hi guys, Trying to find an answer and so far I am not getting any so just wondering what you guys know. I have a ticket to the o2 london date on the 24th. A standard ticket. I see on the Linkin Park website they are still selling a deluxe ticket package: http://www.linkinpark.com/events/282433 Which includes: "Early Entry to the Venue (must arrive 30 minutes before doors to gain access)" Last time I Went to the o2 arena, I just got there really early and waited for hours. I was happy to do that again, but seems a bit pointless if i do this and then loads of people with Early entry turn up and walk right past me. Can I just join the LPU and get the laminate? Is that the same benefit as they Early entry that the deluxe tickets have? Or is this different? And how does it work normally? I would have bought the deluxe ticket package if i had known this, perhaps I may even end up selling my normal ticket and getting one or finding someone with a Sunday ticket to trade with and then I will buy the deluxe and go both days! lol
