To be quiet honest, backhaul isn't even the right word it is pretty much the backhaul of a core server which a company uses. Troll HD uses a sat. receiver called C-Band, they are insanely expensive but you get crazy absurd quality. As I'm sure any of you who have a raw trollHD cap can see it trumps anything and everything by leaps and bounds. To touch on backhaul again, There are 3 types of 'feeds' you can get when 'capturing' Satellite feed - TrollHD uses this along with some cappers over in europe probably TV Feed - ah deesevenland home of the "good enough to shake a stick at" quality without going overboard Pre Air feed - I doubt you will ever run into this but either way it is.......footage before it hits the air so there are no logos, no ads, nothing just a (usually) nice picture but the quality isn't nearly as good as the sat feed. ~removes dork hat~ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Too keep it simply maybe we could just say "feed" like I did here and here?
