LPPhan2005 Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 Linkin Park has updated its list of events from your website with 2 shows in the Australian tour. December 3, 2010 - Boondall, Australia December 7, 2010 - Burswood, Australia Source: LinkinPark.com Update: The shows have been removed from the site. I've never even heard of those cities before, so I imagine it will be an extensive tour of Oceania! Quote
hahninator Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 Keeping it in Got News? till it's officially announced on LP.com. Quote

hahninator Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 Just for safety's sake. Since it's not on LP.com now and the source is LP.com...probably not approved to be out yet. Will move it to the homepage the second it's announced. Might repost with a better time stamp to put it on top but I'll credit you if I do that. if not, I'll just move yours. Thanks! Quote

AusNeil Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 I've never even heard of those cities before, so I imagine it will be an extensive tour of Oceania!Their the suburbs, not cities Quote
TnkA Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 Melbourne is a city and i'm suspecting they'd be playing Rod Laver again but Muse is playing the day after? Thought Muse's production would need some time to set up Quote
GingerLP Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 as AusNeil said, some are suburbs not cities. Boondal is in Brisbane, Homebush in NSW. Quote

mikeatron85 Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 i'll be there! hopefully at all 5! the only one we're iffy about is the brisbane one as it'll mean flying over there, only to fly back home, then back over east again... but i'm pretty confident it'll be happening - about 4 of us doing the trip! Pez Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 AND ITS ABOUT FUCKING TIME!!! I love this thread so much Quote
Christos_17 Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 Anyone know when the LPU pre-sale is? I was meaning to sign-up soon, but I didn't think they were going to release the dates already. I guess I forgot about it. Quote
hahninator Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 Official LP announcement should be today is my guess. @ no New Zealand. Maybe LP adds 2nd shows in some cities. Quote
Pez Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 Now i think more into it, its going to be interesting. There's a day apart of each show so it leaves no room for a 2nd show to be announced (Like they had last year, 21st octobor 07) Also I wonder who will be supporting them?!? I think Cornell was announced the same time as they announced dates last year. Maybe no supporters? Quote
hahninator Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 LP might take 2 touring rigs and do 2 shows in Sydney. It's very possible. Might do another Melbourne one too. There's a huge gap between 1st and 2nd show so they might do like Auckland in between or something?? Quote
LinkinParkForever275 Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 hey congrats australian fans have fun on this shows!! Quote
denemy Posted September 15, 2010 Posted September 15, 2010 These are confirmed now. Pre-sale is on today at 2pm local time. Quote
mikeatron85 Posted September 15, 2010 Posted September 15, 2010 so very excited a mate and i will be going to all of them except brisbane - i'll be going to that one alone at this stage going to be a nightmare buying tickets - some components of the ticketing site are blocked on my work computer and i have no way around it Quote
mikeatron85 Posted September 15, 2010 Posted September 15, 2010 same! all 5 of mine and quite a few others... the bill totaled over $2500!!! was an absolute nightmare to organise... had to book everything via my iphone because the ticketek site isn't accessible from my work PC :S Quote
Christos_17 Posted September 15, 2010 Posted September 15, 2010 What are the prices of the tickets? And has the LPU pre-sale already started? Quote
troub1eboy Posted September 15, 2010 Posted September 15, 2010 There's a huge gap between 1st and 2nd show so they might do like Auckland in between or something?? I Really hope that happens as Im looking forward to this concert (if there is one) Quote
