- Before 'Castle Of Glass,' Mike spoke to the crowd about the tour: “One of the reasons I wanted to come do this tour was because I wanted to come in person and stay thank you to the fans for their support."
- 'When They Come For Me' was censored by Mike changing up the "try to catch up motherfucker" line with "try to catch up, catch up" like he did for the 2011.02.05 Saturday Night Live performance.
- There were some technical difficulties after 'When They Come For Me.' Mike talked a bit to the crowd while the crew fixed things onstage, joking around saying: "We're taping our mic's together."
- Mike wore a panda hat that he got from the crowd during 'Ghosts.'
- Mike shoutout out LPLive during the extended intro of 'Ghosts': “Is LPLive in the house? I was explaining to Matt and Dan that we have fans that are very avid and catalogue all the different things that happen during shows, and that if you mess up or if you do something different, and they said ‘Oh no’ - and I said, ‘No, no, it shows that they care! Mistakes happen, and that’s okay.’ For me, that’s one of the things that makes playing live shows so fun. Even if we’re doing the same set with Linkin Park for months, it would be fun to do little things that were different.” Thanks, Mike!
- Mike rapped the third verse of 'Until It Breaks' over the extended intro of 'Kenji' for the first time, prefacing it with "- “It’s really too bad that I kind of spoiled the surprise on this guy… I actually worked on a little verse that I haven’t done in awhile.” This is the first time since 2017.10.27 Los Angeles that the verse was used, that time being rapped during the Apaches Intro of 'Waiting For The End.' The 'Hands Held High' verse that was originally performed during the extended intro had to be dropped due to the song not getting approved by the Chinese government for its political message. 'Hands Held High' was previously banned by the government when Linkin Park performed in China in 2009.
- Mike played a short piano outro to the 'Waiting For The End' and 'Where'd You Go' mashup. It seems like it was a mistake,but Mike styled it out with a little improv.
- Dan performed a drum solo during the extended bridge of 'Sorry For Now.'
- 'Crossing A Line' was dropped, likely due to political restrictions.
- Matt and Dan left the stage before 'In The End' and returned halfway through 'Over Again.'
- Mike talked about an experience he had the day before during the piano intro of 'In The End': "I was getting out of a car yesterday and the driver of the car said 'I love you.' I want you to know that one of the guys from the crew looked and me and kind of laughed because in America, people usually don't just say 'I love you' like that... But for some reason, people in the United States, they don't just say to someone who's kind of a stranger, 'I love you.' So I want you to know, that I think that's really special. I don't even have to guess that that's a story I will tell to people when I get back to the U.S."
- He continued about the band and Chester: "It made me think, though, that one group of friends in my life that I never felt like those words were missing, I always felt like we said that enough, was in the band. That goes for Chester, especially. Chester was somebody who would tell you often and with 100% sincerity when he said 'I love you.' Maybe in his heart, Chester was Chinese. I wanted to share that moment with you guys because in this part of the set, there's a chance that people feel really heavy emotions if you talk about Chester. I was actually speaking to Matt about that, and I said 'I hope I'm not being insensitive by making this moment too celebratory or upbeat' because I don't want to disrespect anybody who is feeling any intense emotions. And he said, 'Don't worry about that, because I think the people who feel the heavy emotions, it is completely valid, especially in this space...'"

- After being replaced by the live version of 'Good Goodbye' for one show, the 'Good Goodbye/Bleed It Out' mashup returned. Mike forgot to censor himself during the 'Bleed It Out' verse.
- Mike led the crowd in a 'Faint' acapella after 'Petrified,' citing the fans singing in Beijing as an inspiration to do so: "Let’s do something crazy… I don’t even know why I decided to do this. I think it’s because at the last show, everyone was singing and I thought, ‘I wonder if we can do this at the show.'" This is the first time since 2017.10.27 Los Angeles that the song was performed in any form.
- This is the first confirmed show where 'Running From My Shadow' had an extended outro. It's possible it was performed in Biejing, but no video of the song being played there exists.
Debut(s):- This was the first time 'Faint' appeared in one of Mike's solo sets, and the first time it's ever been performed as an acapella.

Other Notes:- Before the show, radio winners were treated to an exclusive soundcheck. As a surprise, LPU members were allowed to attend as well. They ran through some tracks like 'Roads Untraveled,' preceded by a jam using samples from 'I.O.U.' He then performed 'It's Goin' Down' for the first time on the tour. Mike took requests, and performed 'Kenji' for fans. A fan asked for 'Bubbles' from LPU 8 but Mike said no. Additionally, he performed the Fort Minor 2015 Remix Version of 'Cigarettes' for the first time on the tour before saying that it wasn't going to play it during the show that night. Mike played the string part of 'The Catalyst' before going directly into 'Over Again.'

- Mike debuted the full version of 'When They Come For Me' at this show, adding in the bridge and ending. This was the first full performance of the song since 2014.01.10 Las Vegas. Mike performed a new guitar part during the additional parts - the first time he's ever played guitar on the song.
- Before 'Ghosts' Mike was joking with the fans, writing a song called 'Fucking Awesome' with them. It went like this: "Hong Kong is... fucking awesome!"
- 'Ghosts' was moved up in the set, played earlier than it was in the last performance of the headline set: 2018.06.20 New York City.
- 'Kenji' was performed with a new extended intro.
- Matthias played a new guitar part during the bridge of the 'Waiting For The End' and 'Where'd You Go' mashup
- Mike rapped the demo verse of 'Sorry For Now' over the extended bridge.
- After messing around with it during soundchecks, Mike finally used the drum pads on the left keyboard during the bridge of 'Crossing A Line.'

- Mike gave a speech about Chester before 'In The End.' While playing some piano chords, he said: "I don't think it'll ever feel right to ever skip this song or this moment without acknowledging Chester... In terms of the type of the show I want to do, I don't want to have a sad show. The album is called Post Traumatic; it's not called 'Traumatic.' The 'Post' means we're passed something and looking to the future, and seeing where that journey takes us - and I don't know where it goes... I remember the first time I met Chester, he was like 115 pounds and he had these nerdy glasses. He looked like the guy that was a nerd in spite of the fact that he didn't get good grades. And I loved that about him... He was such a good dude."

- After the second chorus of 'Over Again,' Mike transitioned into a shortened version of 'Papercut,' where he rapped the first verse, chorus, bridge, and ending before going back into the end of 'Over Again.’ With the guitar part of 'Papercut' now added in, the song was essentially performed as the studio version with Mike's added vocoder part. Matt added backing vocals to the end. This was only the second time the song has ever been performed with those extra backing vocals at the end - the only time before was in 2017.10.27 Los Angeles, when Jon Green did them.

Debut(s):- This was the first full performance of 'Roads Untraveled' ever. The version Mike was playing prior to this show was performed without the guitar refrain before the first chorus. When Linkin Park performed the song for the first time (at the 2017.10.27 Hollywood Bowl show), they also performed a shortened version.

- This was the first solo career headlining show Mike announced for the Post Traumatic Tour.
- This was the first Mike Shinoda show performed outside the United States.
- This was the first Mike Shinoda show performed in Asia.
- This was the first show to feature new members of the touring band: Dan Mayo on drums and Matthias Harris on guitar, keyboards, and backing vocals.
- After the show, Mike called into KROQ's Kevin and Bean show to discuss the performance. He said that the show was almost canceled at the last minute. The day before the show, he and the band held a rehearsal at a local studio but due to power supply issues, they fried three keyboards and some guitar gear. Mike said the show in Hong Kong was improvised at times, but they made it work without canceling.

He discussed the Parkland survivors he met the day before on Jimmy Fallon's show and the interaction they had, summing it up with: "What happened to them shouldn't have happened to them.
