  1. Nice performance. They extended the intro a little.
  2. The show is recorded at like 4:30 or something. It's not live lol
  3. I've always dreamed about Chester and Travis performing together. Two of the best tattooed-skinny-rockers out there. EDIT: 21 and Over Only http://laynrocks.eventbrite.com/
  4. When I buy CD's I just rip them to my computer. I had one mp3 CD player but none of the CD's other than mp3 ones displayed the names. If I play a CD in the car it's usually blank because I don't like to leave any CD's that I bought in the car. I actually enabled the feature on iTunes but they never display anything
  5. Maybe they sold out.
  6. Smart move.
  7. LP.com
  8. After buying this CD I have a whole new hate for jewel cases and security stickers lol But one thing I noticed that was really cool was that the CD has ID tags. I didn't know audio CD's could do that; I thought only mp3 or data CD's could. I tried putting in some other CD's (Reanimation, Minutes to Midnight (Tour Edition), New Divide) and none of them said any track information. So if you have a CD player that can read ID tags then Out Of Ashes can support it! EDIT: I checked other CD's (such as Road to Revolution and Minutes to Midnight) and they also supported the tag feature. I guess if the CD Matrix (the text on the back of the disc) says "TEXT" on it, then it should work. I have some that say "TEXT 01" and TEXT 02" and they both work. Also when I went to Best Buy I noticed that they started selling Meteora in jewel cases.
  9. Sucks that the Japanese import is almost 3x as much as the normal CD. I recommend you guys buy it from Best Buy because it's $10. Let's hope Morning After (or some acoustic/cover b-sides) will be on the Let Down single.
  10. I do agree that most people who have never heard the song before wouldn't've (hey a double contraction!) noticed it was the studio recording. However I do think they would've definitely noticed if Chester lip-synced because there are so many vocal effects in that song, especially during the screams and of course the overlapping vocals at the end.
  11. It's sad that the single biggest promotion they received so far is that of them backtracking. And no it wouldn't be "the single most stupid decision any LP-related act has ever made". If they cancelled then released a statement with their reasoning, they would've been looked at as heroes. They could've even pulled an Oasis and just completely fucked around with it. Let's hope Kimmel and Letterman make up for it, especially Letterman with that whole extortion attempt and whatnot.
  12. 8 was completely fan made, so maybe that's why they seem really different. 9 was "inspired" by this one: The final 8 logo just has a couple of slight modifications to the original one:
  13. The latter would have been the more respectful thing to do IMO.
  14. Because they're standing there jamming on their instruments like something's actually happening. They're basically acting. On the DSPs, yes they did edit them and correct them to make them sound better but at least they had the decency to actually perform instead of act like they're filming a music video.
  15. Warner Bros. Records.
  16. I can imagine all the complaints if LOATR and TLTGYA are released but with Chester still on vocals
  17. I know how often that happens thank you. I've already seen that Nirvana video... saw it years ago. I stand by my statement. It's never a smart move for a band to do. I don't understand how that translates to "Hmm... that doesn't happen very often."
  18. That's never a smart move for a band to do. Let's just hope there was some hardcore editing done!
  19. That's just the Japanese one. It says "Warner Music Japan". I hope the price will go down once other sellers start selling it because Amazon's price is never the cheapest.
  20. Walmart.com says that it will be released on the 12th and that one lists it as having Morning After. I hope it's not misinformation. http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?...uct_id=12518787 Other than that every other store I checked has the 12 track CD. Best Buy ($10/free shipping) Amazon ($10) FYE ($13) Target ($16)
  21. You want to autograph your own albums?
  22. Bleed It Out is not Nu-Metal... not even close
  23. Why don't we get people to ask Adam, Amir, Ryan and even Chester.
  24. Where did you hear it?
