  1. 2010 - Blackout (Optional Vocal Take/Freestyle Verse) According to a review back before ATS released, Blackout had at least one verse that was different, potentially the freestyle verse from the LPTV. Source: http://www.lpassociation.com/forums/showthread.php?t=31725
  2. This picture is legit according to the latest LPTV
  3. You guys are aware I take any and all compliments regarding long hair personally, correct? Regardless, I thank both of you for your kind words
  4. This hashtag is quite possibly the most agreeable one I've ever seen. #BRINGBACKALLCAPSEVERYTHING
  5. Something I'd like to see for Carnivores if it sucks, don't blame me. I'm still trying to figure out good placement for a lot of the songs off THP: 1) The Summoning (Transition Outro) 2) Guilty All The Same 3) No More Sorrow (Long Intro) 4) Points of Authority (Ext. Intro w/ 'KTTK' v2) 5) Lying From You/Papercut (Papercut w/ v2 instead of v1) 6) Don't Stay (Foreword Intro; Shortened) 7) War (w/ VICTIMIZED) 8) CASTLE OF GLASS (The Experience w/ Studio Outro; Piano Transition Outro) 9) Robot Boy (Piano Intro; Shortened; w/ 'The Catalyst' Bridge Vox) 10) Drawbar (Shortened Interlude) 11) Final Masquerade 12) All For Nothing 13) Mike Solo Medley (WAK/RTN/UIB) 14) Waiting For The End (Apaches Intro w/ 'UNTIL IT BREAKS' v3; Wall of Noise Outro) 15) When They Come For Me (Empty Spaces Intro) 16) Wastelands 17) In The End (Shortned) 18) Numb (Numb/Encore Intro & Ending; Shortened) 19) Until It's Gone (Long Intro) 20) Faint (Ext. Outro) --------------------------------------- 21) Joe Solo Medley (Scratch Transition Outro) 22) With You (2014 Scratch Intro; Shortened) 23) Keys To The Kingdom (v1, Chorus 2, + Bridge; Transition Outro) 24) What I've Done (Ext. Solo Bridge) 25) Bleed it Out (Ext. Bridge w/ 'A Place For My Head' v1 + Bridge) 26) One Step Closer (Ext. Outro) It's got MOST of THP (KTTK, AFN, GATS, TS, War, Wastelands, UIG, Drawbar, and FM), and the tracks I left off I intentionally did so because they'd probably sound shit live, unless they brought Daron in for Rebellion. In which case, drop Don't Stay for that. Oh, and throw LITE in there too if you want. Maybe between Wastelands and ITE.
  6. Rating each song individually, Keys To The Kingdom - 88/100 All For Nothing - 75/100 Guilty All The Same - 74/100 The Summoning - 70/100 War - 95/100 Wastelands - 55/100 Until It's Gone - 88/100 Rebellion - 97/100 Mark The Graves - 99/100 Drawbar - 80/100 Final Masquerade - 100/100 A Line In The Sand - 100/100 That comes out to about 1,021/1,200 which is like an 85/100, but I feel the album as whole is closer to 90/100 or 9/10, seeing as Wastelands really brought down the score. So, overall - 9/10. A solid album
  7. Post-THP: 1) CASTLE OF GLASS 2) Final Masquerade 3) The Little Things Give You Away 4) A Line In The Sand 5) Mark The Graves 6) I'LL BE GONE 7) What We Don't Know 8) Valentine's Day 9) Burning In The Skies 10) POWERLESS
  8. If I had to rank the songs… 1) Final Masquerade 2) A Line In The Sand 3) Mark The Graves (ALITS and MTG are still REALLY close) 4) War 5) Rebellion 6) Keys To The Kingdom 7) Until It's Gone 8) All For Nothing 9) The Summoning 10) Guilty All The Same 11) Drawbar 12) Wastelands
  9. Too tired, lazy, and upset to do a full, proper review, but I'm really enjoying the album. All For Nothing and Drawbar have both grown on me a bit, leaving Wastelands as the only track I dislike. Final Masquerade is still my favorite track, followed by A Line In The Sand and Mark The Graves
  10. Is it just me, or does it sound like parts of GATS a were used in ALITS guitar-wise?
  11. Will do a full album review once I've listened through all the way a few times. I'm really enjoying so far, though.
  12. Listened once, and won't listen again till the album, which will be easy, because I'm not too big on it after the first listen.
  13. I'm hearing "The stars begin to fade" not skies. Not sure if that's right, but it definitely sounds more like a "-ar" ending.
  14. Review: Going into this song, I was expecting a ballad ala Minutes To Midnight's Shadow of The Day or A Thousand Suns's Iridescent. What I got instead was a poppier rock track sounding like a mix of Out of Ashes and A Thousand Suns. Chester's vocal delivery is easily a highlight of the track as he looks back upon a relationship that crumbled despite their efforts to keep it whole, singing that the "light on the horizon was brighter yesterday." Instrumentally, the track is very reminiscent of the atmospheric A Thousand Suns intertwined with the bands return to 80s and 90s rock. It can easily be compared to a rock ballad straight off the soundtrack of an 80s movie. Lyrically one of the better songs that have been shown thus far, only slightly falling short of the previous promotional single Rebellion in that regard. Overall, a solid track and definitely my personal favorite of the pre-release tracks. Vocals - 10/10 Instrumentation - 9/10 Lyrics - 9/10 Overall - 9.5/10 For comparison, Rebellion - 9/10 Wastelands - 7/10 Until It's Gone - 8/10 Guilty All The Same - 7.5/10
  15. Wasn't this for ATS, though?
  16. One Step Closer and Crawling are what got them radio play and some mainstream attention, but In The End was their biggest hit and drew in the most fans.
  17. What's your definition of "fan"? Like, I started listening in 2007, but became a more hardcore fan in late 2009-early 2010
  18. This will probably change next week if/when Final Masquerade comes out, but here's my list as of now 1) CASTLE OF GLASS 2) Iridescent 3) I'LL BE GONE 4) The Little Things Give You Away 5) What We Don't Know 6) Leave Out All The Rest 7) Burning In The Skies 8) Rebellion 9) Valentine's Day 10) Until It's Gone
  19. Guys, we don't actually have to wait for a leak this time, the band will just release the entire album by next Friday
  20. I'm actually curious as to what are being called official singles for this cycle. I know both GATS and UIG have been deemed that, but have any others?
  21. Woohoo! I was credited for helping with something! In all seriousness, Final Masquerade is actually my most anticipated track on the album, because I've always loved the softer/ballad-y songs the band makes. Hope this is true. Also, this would be 5: GATS, UIG, Wastelands, Rebellion, FM
  22. Supposedly, Final Masquerade will release the 9th.
  23. God damn. Easily my favorite of the three I've listened to. EDIT: Decided to listen to Wastelands, but Rebellion is still my favorite. It goes Rebellion > UIG > Wastelands > GATS
