Added "Demos" section (I used the working titles thread). There are a few missing, the ones that we don't know their titles, can someone collect them all to one post? Which demos from the list has vocals?

LPU XIV is officially out, but this time is a little bit different - no more 50%-50% between demos with vocals to instrumentals. This time it's 8(!) instrumental demos, 1 "cookie" and 1 original demo of Breaking The Habit with vocals by Mike. Removed. Can someone explain how the same track wasn't ripped twice? Two different sources and both of them chose not to rip this specific track, why?
