  1. When the Living Things touring cycle ended and they had barely played any songs off of it I just assumed that we would get them on the next album cycle. When that didn't happen I thought maybe they weren't very proud of Living Things. I consider it to definitey be their weakest album. But they've been doing the exact same thing with The Hunting Party, which are all songs they said were meant to be played live (they also said the same thing about Living Things). I honestly have no clue why this is what's been happening in the sets. It's not just that they've not debuted new songs, but they've also immediately dropped some. The disappearance of Guilty All The Same and Final Masquerade is so strange to me, as they were two out of a measly three singles off of Hunting Party. Until It's Gone I think I can understand, even though it's a single it wasn't ever meant to be on the album anyway. The rest makes no sense to me. I don't get what's up.
  2. Really REALLY love that new Papercut intro. ALITS was epic, they totally nailed it. Love Chester making the crowd do the "heys", that adds a great live element to it.
  3. Really big fan of White Noise and It Goes Through. Total jams.
  4. All For Nothing, Keys to the Kingdom, and A Line in the Sand should all be played.
  5. WOW what the fuck was even going on at this show?!
  6. Not sure why he says the fans would only vote for old demos and stuff. As if they can't control the options we would have to vote on? Don't make demos and b-sides a choice then lol. And don't list the obvious songs that you're going to play anyways, such as ITE, Numb, WID, BID. That's just cheap. Even if it ended up being only one or two rare songs in the set, that's still an improvement. I would take it. A fan voted setlist kind of deal is a very simple thing to do. Come up with a regular set, and then have one or two spots where you can rotate songs, those songs being the ones that are voted on for each show. Pretty simple. They could even limit our choices to only a few songs; as long as they're songs that aren't regularly played, then we're good. 100% agree with Mark's post about not changing the set much for the upcoming winter tour. They've had more time before and made THREE radically different sets. Saying that there's no need to change much because they're playing cities they haven't been to in awhile is dumb, you KNOW that the same people who attended Carnivores are coming to this tour as well. Either the people that live in the winter tour cities traveled to see Carnivores, or the Carnivores attendees are traveling to see the band again. No excuse for not changing the sets that much. I'm really kinda shocked at this band refusing to play every song off their albums now. LT has FIVE songs that have never been played before ever and I doubt they ever will be. And the band said that album was made to be fun to play live. They say the exact same thing about this album, and if they only add one more song, then that makes another five songs that won't have been played. No idea what stops them from debuting these songs. At least trying them. The band stopped playing HHH because they said it never really translated well live, but they still played it for FIVE tours straight. At least attempting songs they've never played before would be appreciated.
  7. This reopened an old wound.
  8. Rock am Ring and Italy this year were phenomenal.
  9. We won't know what the setlist will look like for that show until the US tour starts in January.
  10. Wow the LPU meetup over there looked fucking awesome. Definitely not that way here in the States.
  11. Sorry to hear about your tough time at this show, Jonas. I hope Austin coming out on Faint continues.
  12. Shame that we'll be getting a DVD of a show that is being streamed anyway. Also, Set A.
  13. One of the nastiest line-ups I've ever seen.
  14. This is probably the most disrespectful and offensive thing you've said on this site.
  15. Really REALLY cool of the band to hit up up cities they either never have or haven't in a very long time. Barely any places that they always go to. See you guys in Orlando, Nashville, and Greensboro.
  16. Got my copy, it's great.
  17. Usually when there's rape in a movie or on television it is to show how horrible rape is, not to try and be cool. Girl With the Dragon Tattoo is one example of that. Anyway, I hope we get a release date for these tracks sooner rather than later.
  18. Is that.....Brad Delson...JAMMING?!
  19. Ballad Medley, Papercut being shortened, and the entire encore for both sets.
  20. Doubt anything special happens here.
  21. I enjoyed this. Thought it was great.
  22. Nashville and MSG for me. Possibly others like Florida or Boston.
  23. Love the track. Very catchy, very heavy, which surprised me.
  24. Benjamin completely fucking jams. Watched him perform Faint with the crew at the Darien Summit and he shreds. Here's a good photo of him at last night's show. Sam said on his Facebook that Brad has an ear infection and couldn't fly.
  25. Crowd will be asleep for this, sadly. Las Vegas has never given a shit about jamming at shows. For example, iHeart Radio Music Festival.
