  1. instrumental, crawling, b sides and something else yeah, but i cant see them putting we made it live in it, as Busta Rhymes quit/was kicked off of the tour after an argument with Mike. There could be legal difficulties there! Busta Rhymes DID NOT get into a fight with Mike, and he was NOT kicked off the tour. He was dropped from his record label and had all of his tour funding cut.
  2. Wikipedia has been doing that lately, if they don't feel a member of a band is "important" enough for their own page, they delete the article about them and make their page redirect to the page for the band they play in.
  3. I think the Reanimated versions of Papercut, One Step Closer, With You, Points of Authority, Crawling, Runaway, By Myself, Cure for the Itch, and Pushing Me Away are all better than the originals. That's 3/4ths of Hybrid Theory.
  4. I don't think High Voltage was just added for San Francisco, the part where they're working on it on the Fillmore documentary seems to indicate that they'd been playing it, Chester was just experimenting with the echo effect on his vocal parts for the first time. On my list of LP live songs with the first/last performances, I've always had High Voltage as 1/26/01 for the first performance. I think that's the case for Reading USA. No idea about Stockholm though. I always kind of made that assumption, that Chester did Morning After at this show because of 9/11. And the setlist for that tour did change at least a little bit, they added My December for the last few shows. Correct. It definitely wasn't done at all the Asian dates, I know people who were at both the Jakarta and Singapore shows and they've told me it was the same set as Rock Am Ring. Since those were the first and last shows of the Asian leg of that tour, I kind of doubt that P5HNG ME A*WY was played in Hong Kong. I think someone actually posted a Zepp setlist after the show, because I seem to remember hearing about QWERTY/RME before the first Summer Sonic show, and we definitely knew about them before any video clips were posted. Setlist for the Halo 3 party is pretty verified since the MTV website pretty clearly said they only played 3 songs and said what they were. No idea about Chester leaving out the OSC verse though since there isn't a recording of it. As for Hard Rock, no idea, it's like Jimmy Kimmel '07 all over again and nobody who was there can agree on the setlist.
  5. I'd obviously rather not see them on LPU8, but I think LPU8 could still be really good depending on what else they put on it. LPU 2, 4, and 6 all had previously available tracks on them too but also had some cool new stuff. I'm very pessimistic about the DVD, and I fully anticipate the missing tracks being on LPU8, but I'm still hopeful that we'll get something good out of it.
  6. I have a feeling they'll release a live video "single" from Road to Revolution like they did with Lying From You and Live in Texas. If they do, I think NMS is a likely candidate, although LOATR is probably even more likely since they already sent the live version from RtR (yay for a new LP acronym!) to radio.
  7. They said LPU8 won't ALL be live songs. There's either 3 or 4 missing tracks from Milton Keynes, so they won't take up the whole CD. I almost guarantee they'll be on it.
  8. I think Reanimation is Linkin Park's best album.
  9. nine inch nails on both BYIT and AATCHB and i can't think of another one, but i'll get back to you if i do Green Day's Bullet in a Bible CD/DVD. The CD and DVD have the same tracks (the CD just has some of the extended solos/in-between song talking edited out), and neither one is the full show. There's about 7 or 8 songs they played between the two shows that were filmed for it that aren't on the final product. Ironically, also filmed at Milton Keynes. And technically, Live in Texas isn't full either because they cut out Joe's intro track, but that was probably because of the Slayer sample that was used in it.
  10. ...DVDs can hold A LOT MORE than 120 minutes...the first DVD I randomly pulled out of my collection is 2 hours and 43 minutes long, plus it has director's commentary, hidden extras, and a photo gallery, and both stereo and 5.1 audio options. And the DSP is nowhere near 118 minutes anyway. It's like 97.
  11. Don't you mean "You can definitely tell Mark does not like this DVD."? I mean, LPLive is a community, yet you're speaking as if you're LPLive on your own... unless that's how it's come to be now? And so they cut a few tracks off the DVD, so what? It's not the end of the world. After getting the DVD, I will go on Facebook and see "Mark Terrell says 'omfg road to revolution kicks ass!!!'" and, Mark, we both know that will happen. I'm speaking on behalf of the staff, who I've talked to about this DVD, not you. It's pointless to say you're releasing a DVD of Milton Keynes and leave off four tracks. Good luck seeing my status on Facebook, one - you're not my friend on Facebook anymore, two - it's not going to happen. Get off your high pedestal and go back to Lloyd. Then maybe you should have said that in the news post, because non-staff members are just as much of a part of LPLive as anyone else is, matter of fact, they're the majority. And please. You change your opinion about Linkin Park-related stuff more than I change my damn underwear. You hated What I've Done when it came out, you hated the PR08 setlists until you went to one of the shows, etc...I know you. You'll either wind up buying the DVD when it comes out or downloading it when it leaks, and you'll probably like it. You sure you can see Wilderness' pedestal from where you are? It must look like a tiny little speck.
  12. Somebody needs to learn to read.
  13. Well, I'll be downloading this illegally and burning my own copy with my own artwork now since they decided to release a shitty product with a shitty name.
  14. Should be the first week of December.
  15. ^ The intro to the Fort Minor shows was "Intro" from the FMST Sampler Mixtape.
  16. All 4 Japan '07 shows were Dir En Grey/Yellowcard as the opening bands. The opening bands in Bangkok were Futon, Retrospect, Slot Machine, and Ebola, but I think that's already mentioned on the show info page.
  17. The only other song that's known for sure that FM did at either of the Summer Sonic shows was Where'd You Go with Chester, there's a video of that too. And it isn't known which of the 2 shows either of the videos come from, I'm pretty sure. So that's why it isn't listed.
  18. The second encore was after Faint, not after CFTI.
  19. Looks fine other than the part about the Heineken Jammin' Festival - they did Reading My Eyes with Bleed it Out at that show, not SCOM.
  20. http://www.lplive.net/shows/20080806.php - Petrified was over Points of Authority, not In Stereo. http://www.lplive.net/shows/20080812.php - Setlist is slightly incorrect. Cure for the Itch was done before Bleed it Out. http://www.lplive.net/shows/20080816.php - I think it should be noted somehow that SCOM was more of a mashup with Bleed it Out than a song by itself. They changed the key of the song so it matched with Bleed it Out, plus Phoenix and Brad both played parts of SCOM during the middle of Bleed it Out too, not just during the intro. http://www.lplive.net/shows/20080824.php - Missing the usual info about Street Drum Corps on the first/last songs.
  21. Not necessarily. They offered refunds for the Albuquerque show and it was eventually made up. I think they just have to issue refunds because they aren't sure when, if ever they can make up the shows. If they can, then they will just sell tickets again like they did for Albuquerque. I just seriously doubt they'll bother either way, they're going back into the studio next month. They might hit those cities next touring cycle, but I honestly wouldn't consider that (or Albuquerque, for that matter) a "makeup" show.
  22. They're offering refunds for tickets = these shows will not be made up.
  23. I can live without Don't Stay, that song got old live about 2 years ago IMO. MK isn't the best show setlist-wise, but comparing it to LIT, it's still vastly different and does a good job showing how much the band's live show has evolved since then. The last time Linkin Park released a full live DVD, they hadn't even played Breaking the Habit live yet. The technical problems with the video screen probably won't be much of an issue - they just won't use shots that focus on the screen when they occur. Other than that, there weren't any real major problems at the show, and most of the mistakes were relatively small and can be fixed easily (let's face it, we know they'll do it). Aaaaand Jay-Z hater #1 (of many more to come, I'm sure) comes crawling out of the woodwork. No, Linkin Park can't stand on their own anymore, they just released a multi-platinum album that was the 2nd best-selling album of 2007 and it was a complete fluke. And the only officially released CC live recordings are the CC DVD and ONE SONG on the Live 8 DVD...both the songs performed at Milton Keynes are different versions than the original CC mashups, on top of that.
  24. Well, the show is too long to fit on one CD, so unless they make this a 2CD/1DVD combo, which I doubt they will, they're gonna have to cut a few songs from the CD. They'll probably cut the Hands Held High acapella and edit out most of the encore breaks, maybe the outro to Points of Authority/intro to Little Things, the piano version of Pushing Me Away...I actually wouldn't be surprised if they left the Jay-Z songs off the CD and just put them on the DVD.
