  1. "Caffeine" by Faith No More
  2. No idea, but, at least, it doesn't seem like they did. I think it would have been compiled from some random footage anyway. https://web.archive.org/web/20020403080314/http://www.billboard.com/billboard/daily/article_display.jsp?vnu_content_id=1382813 https://web.archive.org/web/20020414045812/http://www.billboard.com/billboard/daily/article_display.jsp?vnu_content_id=1437151
  3. But both the Grey Daze promo that says 1996 and the "baby stroller" rumor make it impossible for the show to be pre-1996, right? JEW's (wait, what?) major breakthrough was in 2001, anyway.
  4. Castles N' Coasters is an amusement park, not a concert venue. A few people I've talked with specifically said that the band played there once, because, according to them, it was a very odd place to even held a concert in the first place. With that being said, I even contacted Castles N' Coasters and Jimmy Eat World before to ask about the show
  5. Awesome find! Thank you very much. What makes it both cooler and confusing at the same time is that it looks like it says "No Sun Today", "Real Records" and "1996" at the bottom right corner of the picture. If I'm seeing it right, it confirms that the band already had this name for their second album that was going to be released through the Real Records at the time and kept it once they later redid the album in Conservatory, With that being said, I doubt they'd use any of the promos like this one in 1998, since Real Records was long gone by that time. But who knows? Someone told me the show was in 1994, but it doesn't seem right since Chester had no child back then (check the show page). I once asked Jonathan and he said he didn't play on this show, because it was in 1997. Now someone claims it was in 1998, but the picture says 1996. lol What also confuses me is that Castles N' Coasters show reportedly had a very very small attendance (20 to 50 people), but it is the single most mentioned Grey Daze show in the entire Internet. I saw like 8 people talking about it outside of LP community.

  7. If you are referring to the year Chester tried out for Kongo Shock, then 1998 is correct. Kongo Shock source link leads to the old Grey Daze Story that was deleted, because the new one is on the way.
  8. "Heaven & Hot Rods" from the soundcheck: https://www.facebook.com/ironmike/videos/10205634494848936/?permPage=1 Added to the guide. Surprised they did this one! Also, added "Down" video from Myth and another "Vasoline" video from Louisville to the main post.
  9. Added all the previously missing stuff to the guide.
  10. Interview with MacombDaily Eric also told some fan at one of the shows that they are still working on the new album and it will be out next year.
  11. So apparently the band's Sonic Boom appearance was canceled ten minutes before the band was set to hit the stage. From STP's Facebook: What the fuck? EDIT: Setlist from the September 25th show (attached file). The soundcheck setlist was: 01. Sex Type Thing 02. Vasoline 03. Down Also, added soundcheck setlist here: http://lplive.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=10627

  13. September 22nd show review and setlist (in no particular order): http://www.alternativenation.net/chester-bennington-plush-single-stp-only-dying/
  14. Setlist from September 20th show. "Down" and "Piece Of Pie" weren't performed due to schedule.
  15. So according to River, the show took place around March 1995.
  16. It never was their biggest song, but it was always fun for the band to close their sets with it starting either a sing-along or inviting random fans on stage to do the first few lines. Chester just keeps the tradition. But I would say he takes it to a whole new level sometimes, inviting a group of fans instead of just one or letting them sing almost the entire song. Also, someone added the setlist for September 19th show to setlist.fm a few hours ago: http://www.setlist.fm/setlist/stone-temple-pilots/2015/carroll-park-baltimore-md-bf49942.html If it's correct, it's their Raleigh setlist + Sin
  17. Not sure, I'm just searching. lol Thank you!
  18. Grey Daze on the Electric Ballroom's "Top Ten Drawing Acts" list for December 18, 1995 - January 18, 1996 (attached file). Also, Grey Daze / Fat show ad. We were right on the date.
  19. I went ahead and doubled it. I'm a criminal https://www.reddit.com/r/IAmA/comments/3gqpvp/iama_mike_shinoda_ama/cu0ls7r
  20. My questions: https://www.reddit.com/r/IAmA/comments/3gqpvp/iama_mike_shinoda_ama/cu0kl5w Feel free to vote it up. lol
  21. Great find! Weird wording though. Could be anything judging by that post, but if they did perform live as Wiki suggesting, they definitely performed "One Step Closer". The other interesting thing I noticed on that archived page is: Live performance of "One Step Closer" leads to mtv.com which means it was official proshot footage of the song. As far as we know (or knew, if the Farmclub thing is correct), the band first started TV performances in 2001 and this post is from 2000. So I guess, it was that Roxy video and it was official enough and we don't have it. I think I discussed it before, but what's up with official video being uncirculated?
  22. Did anyone else notice some thing called "DIC PROMOTIONS" on both Hybrid Theory's Big Fish Pub and Mill Ave flyers? There's nothing online about it, I guess. Would be interesting to try and move this way.
  23. Yep, still not solved. Even if all we're missing is just a source for some other known show, it is still ok to keep the show on the list.
  24. Updated the main post to add everything so far and make it easier on the eyes.
  25. Aren't rehearsal sessions from Ostrick's documentary good enough to be added to the live guide?
