I've only REALLY listened to LP for like two years now, but during these two years I changed completely. Back then I really only 'connected' to WID, now I find myself connecting to a lot more songs spanning across each album.
Hopefully Chester presents this idea of playing older songs and not mainly singles to the next LP tour, though we all know he really doesn't have a major influence on the setlists. I wonder how much of an influence he had on the STP setlist...
It's a good concept but wouldn't be very good live. WAY too much to change and TINFOIL randomly in the middle of the encore is pretty bad. Also you rotate some big singles so that shouldn't happen either.
Good job though.
I'll research at which shows this took place at if you guys agree to it, but... The Requiem has been played both with the Oppenheimer and the Savio speeches during the outro. I think we should list something like Oppenheimer Outro for it when it happened like that. -------------------- source 1: Audio - AUD (Unknown) Comments: Lossless uncirculated; Short cut during 'With You'.
Wow that NIN thing is awesome. If LP did it that would be sick.
Also Lorenzo said there's a special thing for people in LA. Details are on LPU so I can't check >_>
1) That's like asking why they don't play more off LIVING THINGS. Reanimation was released in 2002, no real promo tour ever happened with it.
2) (According to setlist.fm) With You was played 59 times and Runaway was played 15 times.
