  1. Banger song. Great simple video showcasing the energy of the song and the band members front and center. Really cool that it's the same soundstage and setup as the announcement show!
  2. I expected SoFi Stadium but Dodgers stadium is such a legendary pick for their LA show! I will be there! Let's gooooo!
  3. No more venue teases
  4. Standout tracks for me based on a first listen: Casualty (I’ll always be in the minority that loves when LP goes balls to the wall aggressive), Two Faced, Stained, Overflow, IGYEIH. Overall, a really solid album that sits right in the middle of the discography for me. Definitely better than OML (which is all I was wanting) and I might even put it over Living Things to be honest. It’s got a lot of the signature LP sound while still having elements or a couple of songs that change things up and expand their catalog.
  5. Agree with all points here. wish the guitars had more punch on the album version. They sound great live and give the song more energy.
  6. I’ll be at the Burbank listening party. Super close to me. I’m really looking forward to continuing the tradition of listening to the new album early with other fans. So glad they have expanded this experience so many others can participate!
  7. W take. I’ve believed this for years.
  8. Ooo, maybe we will have one at Warner LA too
  9. I'd like an EP for 2025. Big fan of bands who release music every year or so by just dropping EP's. Spiritbox and a lot of the newer metalcore bands are great at this. There's never a shortage of music, there's very little (if any at all) filler and they always have fresh material to play on tour. Long album cycles seem to only benefit the biggest bands like LP. I think it would be great for them to try going that route and keep the momentum going for this new era. I am very hungry for new material with Colin and Emily. I want to see how their contributions help shape LP's sound over time.
  10. Not a huge fan of the design. Doesn't really tie into the artwork aside from the lp logo
  11. The Emptiness Machine > HITC >>> Over Each Other. Hope the rest of the album is more like Emptiness Machine. That song is so good. It’s everything I want from an LP song. Huge production, super catchy hook, high energy, satisfying conclusion.
  12. https://x.com/youbetterhearme This is how they launched Lies Greed Misery back during the LT cycle. It was a scavenger hunt that ended with the radio premiere. At the 9/5 launch show, fans were given a numbered card with a QR code that linked to this account. All speculation so far but it seems the account will become active again at some point.
  13. Really great job with this one. Loved how open and honest Ryan and Amir were with their thoughts. I hope some rock press pick this up and circulate it because there’s a lot of quotes about the state of LP, DBS, and all things Chester that people should hear. Chester wanted his music to live on and I trust his best friends who by all accounts have always done right by the Chester and the fans over pissy internet “fans” and “family”who do nothing but criticize and spin everything in negative and unhealthy ways.
  14. Going to guess this is going to be the more mainstream crossover single for the album (e.g.in the end, numb, LOATR). Interested to hear how it sounds! wonder if the release for this is going to tie into that Allan twitter account. Another scavenger hunt to launch the song?
  15. LOATR 2017 smokes the medley. I think Lost/My December are better as being the cooldown songs of the show. I’m heavily biased though as I saw the band a ton when they were playing the medley. I got tired of that one.
  16. Shocking lol. Even the band references the site. Honestly, so much of the bands history would be lost if it wasn't for this site. Nobody else is really out there updating and seeking out answers like the team and community here. It's a special thing to witness.
  17. My cynical ass is willing to bet that a lot of the info in the book is going to be nothing you can’t already find on Linkinpedia. Dude should’ve just had you guys as advisors lol.
  18. Mike is also notoriously bad at remembering exact dates. All we have to go on is his word and it’s possible that in reality, the timelines are off.
  19. Big fan of Jacoby. Really cool guy and great singer. Nice to see him show some love as always. Wish he could’ve made it to the Hollywood bowl show.
  20. I may or may not have made a secret cameo in this one.
  21. Talk about having your finger on the pulse of what’s hot. Sleep Token and Bad Omens!? Hot damn! Wish we had either of them in LA!
  22. Yep, that’s definitely an LP song. No complaints here, feels great to hear that classic sound again. Can’t believe we’re back.
  23. You can say many things about Gene, but he usually has some solid takes. My personal LP fan bias aside, he's dead on here. We're already seeing their first tour selling out across the board. The band is not slowing down. For every fan they lose, another will take their place. I saw so many young kinds in the crowd at the LA show. Kids that probably weren't even alive when Chester was performing. For them, this is their version of LP. Can't underestimate the amount of new generation LP fans we are gaining.
  24. If they wanna get cheeky and swap some songs I'd love to hear Mark The Graves, Roads Untraveled, and Blackout. Even if the set stays the same, folks are in for a great show. I have no complaints about what they played in LA. Love that they are embracing longer sets now.
  25. People that weren’t there won’t be able to appreciate how electric the atmosphere in the forum was last night. The place was JAM PACKED! I struggled to see an empty seat in the place. Crowd singing was as loud as I’ve ever heard at a show. Linkin Park Chants aplenty. I dare to say that may have been the most energetic LP show I’ve ever seen in LA. Setlist was a real crowd pleaser and I couldn’t be happier with the Keys debut. What an epic return. random: I wonder how many folks that flew in got woken up by the ol’ California welcome this morning. Nice little shaker of an earthquake we had!
