I do agree. Chester obviously does a ton of events outside of LP. My post was sort of a joke in the sense that the Grey Daze stuff ends up getting canceled for some reason or another, ha. He will be fine unless LP books shows at the same time. But Chester should have the entire year's schedule for LP right now in advance.

I guess they are big enough to tour China on its own tour now. Seems like a waste to do 3-5 shows there on a separate trip. Surely they'll combine a lot of other Asia shows with Japan.

Sadly I don't know and don't have any information on when dates will be released. LP typically announces dates and does an LPU presale the day after. I'll let you know if any info leaks from Blink fans or radio stations. We will have tour dates before the album is released is all I know, which is what LP always does for album releases so that's a safe assumption. And that's on May 19th. By the looks of it, Blink plays August 12th in Denver, which is after their UK run. And they play Knoxville on September 13th, which sets them up for Music Midtown Atlanta just after that (rumored) like Sept 16/17. This could be a very short run for LP/Blink potentially, maybe just three weeks. LP did 18 shows in 4 weeks with Incubus in 2012. This could very likely be the same sort of thing. We will see.

Well I agree with your first part. Co headline means someone still closes the show, because it rarely happens when they swap. Blink will open for LP, there's no doubting that. Incubus opened for LP in amphitheatres which they headlined the previous summer. LP does not play before anyone in the USA in amphitheatres.

Thanks to LinkinParkJPN, we have learned that there will be at least one more Mike and Chester promotional performance coming up soon. They will perform on NTV's News Zero on April 25th. The news show begins at 11:00pm JST time. By our conversion (please inform us if this is incorrect), that is 10:00am EST on the same day. This will be the 12th Mike and Chester promo appearance for One More Light. If we find out about more Japanese promo appearances, we will let you know. The world tour for One More Light kicks off on May 6th, 11 days after this performance, in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
