Like most of you are saying this does defiantly needs 1080p treatment. I was thinking that as well, but I think part of the reason for the funny angle was to match it with the skull image?

Haha, theres always one. What happened to everyone complaining there wasn't enough CGI in the early MTM days? This video is setting it's self up to be one of my favourites. It's like the ND video had offspring with the LOATR video = awesome.

Waiting for the End just scrapes over Blackout. I can see this changing drastically as I keep listening though.

I would have thought Blackout would have been a definite favourite amoung you all, it's certainly one of the highlights of the album for me. When They Come For Me failed in my opinion, I actually laughed when I first heard Mike try and spit "motherfucker". Otherwise I would have voted Iridescent, which to me sounds like a boring 30 Seconds to Mars album song. I don't mind Robot Boy so much, not brilliant, just meh.

My first impressions are good, it's defiantly an album you have to listen though in full, in the correct order. Iridescent - the first minute starts of beautiful but the rest is boring to me. Some of the breaks are pretty intense, Wisdom, Justice And Love certainly is. Blackout is amazing and Joe tears shit apart on that song, incredible. I really enjoy Waiting for The End, defiantly a good choice as a second single, shame it's going to start a new shit storm with those STILL stuck in pre-MTM. Still yet to make my mind up about The Messenger. When They Come For Me isn't one I'm going to go back to, yeah it has attitude, but does nothing for me. As a whole it's a lot more ambient then the last records, some cases for good some bad.

The album is probably (or soon is) out of their control and will almost certainly be leaked, so this is probably just a last push to get people to buy it before that happens. I'm buying it elsewhere online, the lp.com benefits don't seem worth the extra £.

I like it, a lot. Shame we'll have no way of buying/watching/viewing/whatever the full "making of" in HD, cause the editing looked sweet.

From The Catalyst and the album reviews, the album sounds like it's full of risky surprises within the songs. I'm guessing more on the whole Japanese A-bombs again, like The Catalyst but from both perspectives, so for example, "acid rain" for the victims, "celebration" for those who dropped the bomb, "blackout" for victim, "blood in your eye" for those who dropped the bomb, etc. Again, a blatant concept idea for the album, but it's easy to apply the lyrics personally.

Ah awesome, I've managed to see them live a few times and made some very close friends over on their forum, they are certainly something. I don't understand why auto-tune gets slayd all the time, although it's mostly abused - which is why it's earned a bad reputation plus the fact some people still think it's wrong that it's not "natural" or "real". I thought we got over the fact that musicians these days don't actually need physical instruments to produce amazing music. So even though Ana has clarified that it's not really auto-tune, if used properly, I'd be pretty psyched to hear LP use it.
