  1. To be honest I think he's singing very low along with the studio recordings. Cause I could have sworn for a brief moment that heard him singing very very low along with the song
  2. You posted the same link twice man. I couldn't really tell from where I was whether or not he just let the studio version play while he just moved his lips, but in Mike's defense The Fallout does eventually fade into his unaltered lyrics towards the end.
  3. Haha nothing really. It was just one of those things where you couldn't ignore it and it really got to you whenever you inhaled. Not like I have a problem with anyone but it was just awful smelling that.
  4. I was also very disappointed with the songs that they left out. Lying From You, Papercut, Points Of Authority, CRAWLING!!! What a bummer that was, I'd pick that over In The End anyday. Haha my bad with that Mark. I only had a few listens of the album prior to the show and I was still a little confused with the intros. What really fucked me was somebody screaming out "Burning In The Skies" and I was trying to be super quick with the tweeting and texting that I just threw it in there. Then I heard the vocals and new right away that it was Jornada del Muerto and knew Waiting For The End would be next. All in all it was a fuckin' awesome show! The crowd was so fuckin intense and it carried the show. When Brad kicked in with Bleed It Out all of us even sang Mike's entire first verse before he even started. He had this big ass smile on his face cause he was letting Brad play for a little bit and realized the entire place was singing the first verse, and he turned his mic towards us to let us finish the verse and him and Brad were cracking up the whole time. And as soon as we finished he kicked right into the first verse. Other then a few really smelly ass people in the crowd and assholes banging into and knocking over girls the show was pretty much perfect. CANNOT WAIT for the 2011 tour!!!
  5. I HOPE LFY doesn't get dropped! It's such a crowd pleaser and intensifier. Not to mention my favorite LP song lol. My prediction...1. New Divide 2. Lying From You 3. Wretches And Kings 4. Points Of Authority 5. No More Sorrow 6. Numb 7. Shadow of the Day 8. Waiting For The End 9. Breaking The Habit 10. Iridecent 11. Crawling 12. In The End 13. What I've Done 14. Bleed It Out Encore 15. The Catalyst 16. Faint 17. One Step Closer
  6. Sure. Just PM it to me if you don't post it in the thread.
  7. I'll be there tomorrow Mark! If I tweet the setlist is there some way that I can get it read by any LPL or LPA staff to get it posted right away?
  8. I really don't think there was anything wrong with Chester's voice in this performance. I honestly think he was singing that way in order to make the song seem more intense. If he just legit sung the entire song rather then added the intensity to it it would have just been wake
  9. For ONCE we don't have a critic who is completely oblivious to the music world and not a complete bias prick that won't let anything LP does satisfy them. Sure there are critics who truly understand and appreciate music, but the majority of them you can just feel the bias hate they have towards this band and its been the same since day one, no matter how many times they attempt to change things up. This doesn't just understand LP from a musical and creative standpoint, but he understands the music world in general. Great review.
  10. Overall, I thought this DVD was awesome. The editing was a bit much, but it goes with the sense we've been getting from all of the LPTV episodes so it didn't really bother me. What annoyed me was the fact that we only got a half our for a making of DVD when MTM was nearly an hour long and we got so much more of a glimpse at the actual making of the album. We got a real good look at the band and the constant bullshit and struggles they went through during the process of writing this album, I just wish they would have showed more. Overall, very epic feeling from the DVD. Can't wait for the album. Yeah, I still haven't listened to it. I got my email from UPS telling me the album shipped so I can make it through the weekend
  11. I felt misleaded too with MTM. I thought it would be straight rock, more Chester and less Mike. Not mellowed out songs with a little kick to them. Nonetheless, I love that album. ATS however, I feel like I'm going to have the same opinion as you Mark, meaning I don't think album is going to deliver like the band has hyped it up to be. What draws me into LP so much is their heavy sound, whether it be from distorted guitars or not, and from what I'm hearing ATS seems like all of the risk they took are going to backfire. Bias critics who have been bashing LP from day one are having a field day with this album, and the hardcore fan base feels let down because they felt like they had to change in order to stay fresh, which in my opinion isn't completely true. These guys are some of the most talented musicians around, and I'm sure they are more than capable of staying true to their roots while at the same time keeping their sound fresh. With all of this said, I will hold off all true opinions until I listen to the album, which won't be til next week so lets hope that after all these years LP doesn't leave their die hard fan base waiting another few years for an album to satisfy them the way they thought ATS would
  12. I agree. If anything all of the added security WB put on protecting this album is a result of LP not giving a shit what they think and them being afraid of commercial success so they attempt to hold off the leak as long as possible. As for Meteora, I can't argue with the commercial success of that album and WB getting everything they could possibly need (#1 Album, 5# Singles, etc) but I love that album and until I hear ATS (Which I'm not listening to until next week) its still my favorite and in my opinion their best album.
  13. I was so afraid by what I heard in these previews so I stopped each one like 5 seconds in. I can already tell this album is going to test me in ways their previous albums never have. Hearing everything I've heard it makes Minutes To Midnight seem like Hybrid Theory Part III. (Sarcastic poke at those who consider Meteora a copy/paste album and also used to point out how after being out for a few years MTM doesn't seem like that much of a leap from their previous work. At least, not genre crushing like this album seems like it will be.) I won't lie in saying that my opinions have been affected by what I've heard so far, but I will in no way bash any aspect of this album until I hear it completely through a few times. I'll be listening to this the entire time I'm on my way to NYC so I'm sure by the end of the day I'll have a solid first opinion of the album. Until then, people save your bias and naive child-like-influenced opinions until you hear the whole thing. You'll do these forms, the LP fan base and yourself a huge favor by holding everything back until you actually hear the entire body of work these guys have spent years making.
  14. What does September 8th mean? There's no way we're getting the album 6 days in advance.
  15. Very true. I'm sure I would have thought the same way too. I favor heavier songs, not just LP but rock in general so having those B-Sides instead would have pleased my expectations more, especially after we were told it'd be less rap and more rock and them debuting 4 of the of heaviest songs on the album before the rest was heard.
  16. MTM wasn't trash, it was just different. Sure of the B-Sides deserved some of the spots over some of the tracks, but overall I thought it was a great album once we got the whole not being HT and MT and less Mike out of our heads. And in reference to Meteora, I HATE when people compare that to Hybrid Theory. HT part 2, HT copy and pasted, etc I'm sick of it. Meteora is their best album. Clear and simple. I'm not knocking any of their other albums, but Meteora is clear cut example of what this band is capable. HT's a classic we all know that. I surely know that cause I grew up on that album, but Meteora put the term sophomore slump to shame and just buried any chance of them being called labeled manufactured and one hit wonders. Back to MTM, that album would have been butchered by critics and fans a like if they didn't switch things up a bit, but to be honest I could have done without In Between and Hands Held High and replaced them with maybe No Roads Left and Across The Line. Just a few thoughts. But forgetting all of their other albums, ATS is the one that's scared me the most. After hearing these 2 tracks I can already tell this record's a concept album, no matter what they say. I'm sure its not the same as say Pink Floyd or Coheed and Cambria would do it, but the fact that it revolves around a common theme and not just the band relaying their experiences and emotions into the music is enough proof. Regardless, I cannot wait for this new album so I can listen to it straight through with no interruptions while on the train to NYC to see them at time square. 11 days!!!!
  17. Once I import the track into the program how do I export it? Cause the on the file page export isn't an option Edit: NVM Got it
  18. It was doing the same thing on my iPod. How did you fix it? I have to skip to 1:45 in order to hear the rest of the song, otherwise if I let it hit 1:44 it skips to the next song and I've re-downloaded it a bunch of times and nothing's changed
  19. Yeah I tried re-downloading it again and still nothing. I can't listen to it fully on my iPod unless I get to 1:44, stop the song before it skips, and start it at 1:45 to play the rest
  20. Has anyone's download skip when they play it? Like when I get to 1:44 when I'm listening to it on my ipod it skips to the next song. And when I listen to it on itunes I can hear a faint noise when it reaches that mark. Any suggestions?
  21. Great video, but I think the radio/video edit length really takes away from the song. You lose the build up in the intro and the final parts of the song
  22. Does anyone know how the seating's gonna work? Like the GA on my ticket will that give me a specific spot or is the entire show first come first serve in terms of seating/position?
  23. Does anyone know where I can find the seating chart to this place? And are there any seats or is it all GA?
  24. You're fuckin insane man! I don't think I'd ever be able to manage that, even for LP. I'm driving from Philly to Trenton then taking the train to MSG. And I thought mine was a hike lol
