Couldn't agree with this more...well said. Electro-pop is not the kind of music I'm into and Mike's verse is just awful. I really don't understand what the hell this band is trying to be, but I don't like it. I honestly believe that the guys in LP much prefer electro music to rock music, especially Mike, and this is what we end up with. I'm sure the album will have some great songs, but I don't look forward to a LP album the way I used to. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt with ATS, some of which I really like, but I'm afraid that this is the stuff we will get from them from now on and that bums me out. Just my 2cents.

Disappointed in what I've heard. Does every song need to have keyboards in it now? Doesn't sound like a bad song, just not what I was hoping for.
-
Not overly impressed with any of it. Songs like WWDK and Pretend to Be were nice to have, but I don't hear anything on LPUXI that is in that category. Still, it's better than getting a bunch of live songs that we all already have.

A new set list would have to contain songs that haven't been regularly played during a touring cycle. You honestly believe that changing the order in which the songs are performed is a new setlist? Come on man, is there really a difference in hearing OSC third or 18th in the night? I've been to plenty of shows, and if you're there it really doesn't matter what the setlist is, because they always put on a great performance. I'm not a setlist complainer, although I wish they would switch it up now and then. I just don't agree with people who say it's a new setlist because I really don't think it is. -

How am I contradicting myself? I don't consider it to be a"new" setlist because there aren't any "new" songs in it. These are the same exact songs they have been playing the entire touring cycle. I'm not looking for an argument, I just think people are way too quick to get excited over things that aren't a big deal. They changed around the order of the same songs they always play.....not impressed. -

This is not a new setlist. These are the same old songs they always play, just in a different order. -

Complain, complain, complain....that's all some of you ever do. Your expectations are way too high, and that's why you end up disappointed most of the time. Grow up and enjoy the band for what they are. -
Great job keeping up with everything on the tour. I appreciate all the work you guys put in.

Dude, get a clue, Mike runs LP. If you don't like it, that's cool, but it doesn't change what is painfully obvious to everyone but you. Everyone puts their two cents in, but Mike is the mastermind behind it all. Stop your complaining already. The days of Hybrid Theory are over, deal with it, or follow a different band. -

There are actually 17 songs listed....IMO, WJL, Fallout, Empty Spaces, etc, are not songs. They are interludes that allow the band to catch their breath. I understand why they use them, but I wish LP would play a legit 20-22 song set, it seems like a logical way to include the songs that so many people want to hear, without dropping any of the singles that they feel they have to play. -
I'm surprised so many of you voted for softer songs. For all the complaining that goes on here about set lists, most people seem to have voted for songs that they play all the time anyway.
-
Why can't they add a song or two without dropping anything?? The show is short anyway, playing another 10 minutes isn't going to kill them.
-
The comment sections under every tour date post are identical, it really is comical at this point. They aren't going to play a different set folks, they just aren't. No Figure .09, no Don't Stay, no POA, etc. It's just not happening. I wish they would switch things up like every one else, but at this point it seems fairly apparent that they won't.

Changing one song is really not a big deal, nor is changing around the order in which they play the songs. It is what it is, they essentially play the same show every night. My gripe is that they only play for 1 1/2 hours. And can everyone please stop with "Robot Boy," i'm sure it will be played one day, but I just don't get the dire need to hear it, they already have too many mellow songs in the set.

LP's setl lists are misleading because "Empty Spaces" and "WJL" appear to be songs, but they aren't. In my opinion they play way too short of a show. I went to the MSG show this year and the whole thing was 1 and a half hours, including the encore. That's ridiculous. -

They will play the same set and everyone will complain. -
Nice, another webcast for people to complain about.

All this talk of "new" set lists is ridiculous. How "new" do you expect it to be? Changing the order around and switching a song or two is no big deal. It's not like they are going to ever play 10 different songs from a previous show. In the long run, it doesn't matter what they play because people are always going to bitch that it wasn't what they wanted. -

The amount of complaining on here is ridiculous. Who gives a crap if the Foo Fighters cost us the chance of seeing SOD played?? It was a free webcast and people are complaining that it wasn't up to snuff, give me a break. Most of you are spoiled little kids, who do nothing but bitch if they don't get to hear the songs they were hoping for. Newsflash, LP aren't going to play all the "old school" songs that we would love to hear, it's just not happening. If they don't play them at their own shows, they certainly aren't going to play them at events like last night. I love Lp like everyone else, but the LP fan base has become a bunch of whining complainers. -
I made the list!!! Didn't think there was any chance.
-
Shows usually end around 11-11:15pm. Its going to be tough to take the 10:30 train and not miss the encore
-
I thinik Brad was having some fun with the question....not sure you can take everything he says seriously.
-
I'm amazed at the songs that people want to hear. I know its all a matter of opinion, I'm just surprised that songs like VD, In Pieces, and Little Things get so many requests.
-
"Epic" is the most overused word on this site....and it's not even close. Anyway, I'm sure this new set is great....it would be really cool if we could get a feel of what is in this "epic" encore.
-
Im sorry...but saying there is a new, crazy set, and then not telling anybody, is not cool.
