Well, I personally think Meteora is their best album. That's why I compare it to Meteora cause I'm not sure If ATS is better than Meteora or not.

@Astat. Nice review. ATS is also maybe my favorite album by them (still deciding between ats and meteora). I loved your insight to the songs. I will say this though, IMO chester's part on wretches and kings is the best thing he has ever done. I love the way it sounds.

so true I feel the catalyst does not sound like the rest of the album but still think it fits in Not all of us like pop music. I am 17, and a lot of the music i listen to is rock/alternative. I listen to about every genre. I like some pop music, but overall i prefer other genres of music. This album is a good album, and don't laugh at us. Wouldn't you defend something you Love? seriously. I like the album cause its good not cause I am a linkin park fan That's good That is so true. I am so different from 10 years ago, People should expect the band to change over time really goos stuff here. I also agree that ATS is better than HT but i think its their 2nd best cd (meteora is first). that might change though. I hear guitar in BITS, The Catalyst, The Messenger, and Iridescent also. But for me it seems the guitars are most present in Wretches and Kings Nice insight. I think Meteora (that might change) is their best too. But based on what you said, I like the album a bit more than you do. But that was some good words. But personally i love Mike's voice in this album. This is so true. If you don't like it, don't come and complain about it. leave and go listen to other music.

seems like a lot of you like Iridescent. Its my 2nd favorite song on the album (and of LP). Its an epic song but not my favorite

i'm guessing only The Catalyst will get broadcasted though.

they are touring this year and next year. Knowing LP it would be a miracle to get an album next year

Robot boy is the only track i don't like I actually love the Messenger, great way to end the album! I agree that Mike was a strong point, but i also thought Chester was really good and brough his A game. This album is definately Mike at his best! Chester is really good in the album but IMO its not his best (Meteora is)! But Chester and Mike both are amazing on this album!

My vote goes to Waiting For the End

I love the album, but its only my 2nd favorite LP album. And i can't say it blows the other albums out of the water cause they are really good albums HT: 9.8/10 Meteora: 9.9/10 Minutes to Midnight: 9.7/10 ATS: 9.8/10 (but still better than HT even though same rating). It doesn't blow everything else out of the water, because IMO its hard to blow the 3 great albums out of the water

The Requim- 7/10. That voice is annoying, besides that its good. The Raience- 9/10. Good track Burning in the skies- 9/10. At first i didn't like it, but it grew on me Empty Spaces- 9/10. Epic Build Up to When They Come For Me When They Come For Me-10/10. Really amazing song! Robot Boy-6/10. This joins with Tltgya on the list of LP songs I don't like Jornada del Muerto- 9/10. Weird, but good Waiting For the End- 1 million/10. OMG! Amazing song! This is MIke at his best! Chester's part is really good too! 2nd best track on the album Blackout- 7/10. It has its good and bad moments Wretches and Kings- infinity/10! Best LP song ever! Chester at his best right here and Mike's parts are epic too Wisdom, Justice, and Love- 9/10. Good interlude Iridescent- 10/10. Good song with strong vocals. Fallout- 9/10. Nice little Interlude The Catalyst- 10/10. Great song The Messenger- 10/10. Great ending to the album. Maybe best ending song by them, not sure though. I completely agree. I heard the orevies and I was like, wow none of these songs sound like WAK or TC. I don't mind that, but i don't like it giving off false impressions, cause i hate the complaints

after the snippets i would change my answwer from blackout to either When They Come For You, Waiting For the End, or Wretches and Kings. But i won't change my answer cause now i have heard stuff. but my answer i think is wrong now (just gotta wait to hear blackout in full)
