Nah its not just you, I couldn't really care about 8-Bit Rebellion, and the fact that Blackbirds was a song recorded during the Minutes to Midnight sessions, makes it even less titillating. While I'll listen to the song, I won't be purchasing 8-Bit, and will be waiting for the new record with anticipation.

Surprised you felt the need to reinforce something I already stated, which isn't a big deal since I like LPA. Also, I wouldn't post there if I saw a lack of hope as a vibrant community, as I'm not up for the charge of re-invigorating it. Your questioning also seems out of place. (almost as if its my moral responsibility to do such a thing) However I do see that more than such a community, as such I'm really looking forward to potentially becoming a member of LPA as well.

Very excited for this, going to be brainstorming some way to contribute!

Wonder if LP will ever do more alt-rock tours, maybe taking on some of the fresher bands in the scene. I don't count MSI and Saosin as "fresh." I'm talking the likes of Hollywood Undead etc.

Of course New Divide will be played, its been one of their, if not their, largest single.

Ironic the game is called 8-Bit Rebellion, yet it isn't 8-bit , it does look interesting though. also though, Man, the more I think about it, the new site looks absolutely terrible. Especially for the attention the new album will be bringing in. Hopefully they change it by then.

A greatest hits album would be bad. At least it would promote awareness of the band however.

Yeah, A.06 while very fun, sounds very standard nu-metal / hard rockish.
