  1. Considering A Thousand Suns and Reanimation being my favorite albums too: 01. Nobody Can Save Me (7/10) 02. Good Goodbye (5/10) 03. Talking To Myself (8/10) 04. Battle Symphony (6/10) 05. Invisible (9/10) 06. Heavy (3/10) 07. Sorry For Now (7/10) 08. Halfway Right (7/10) 09. One More Light (7/10) 10. Sharp Edges (6/10) Overall I think this album has solid package of melodies but is not that much exciting instrumentally. Invisible and Talking To Myself are great though!
  2. I'm tending to think similarly in the last time. Especially Blue and Slip sound too clean for me. I don't know whether it was already discussed elsewhere but Mike's voice sounds deeper and more "adult"-like on those, compare it with Rhinestone or Fuse. I still think that the song layouts are coming from the respective time periods but at some points it doesn't fit. Anyway, my LP playlist consists at about 70% of LPU tracks, despite being also slightly disappointed every November. Usually I come across some LPU tracks months later and have to admit "that's fucking awesome!".
  3. Hello, I've got 1 ticket left for the show, if anyone is interested pls PM me. PS: I ordered the tickets on eventim.de
  4. I don't wanna this album to any other but it sounds like a bunch of tracks LP would release between their albums just for fun. There are awesome mixes on it, no matter what Mike does it will be a masterpiece because hes a fucking genious but still it is to moderate for a band like LP. I was listening and thinking "OK, that track was decent, I hope the next one will blow my mind off"...but that didn't happen. I wasn't a fan of MTM but I liked for example In Pieces from the first listening and later I also tolerated Shadow of The Day, but on this one for example Burning In The Skies, I'm speechless...Mike did you smoke something? -.- On the other side I very like the hip hop parts, awesome scratching from Mr.Hahn, gives me a some kind of confidence that they haven't completely gone insane! The epic intro (the 2 first tracks, which is cool too) + Catalyst will do an awesome live concert opening I guess.
  5. Gonna be a kick ass live track....extended bridge + outro inc ;D
  6. Hey, here's mine, check it out: Age: 20 Location: Erfurt, Germany http://www.indabamusic.com/submissions/show/22299
  7. i love small changes in the setlists, the rapping over poa intros/outros and this hhh stuff, mike is a genius. but what id love MORE than everything is drastic change of the setlist, i mean this year is the 3rd year where we listen to the same songs, its getting boring....
  8. i think theyll open with new divide (with ext intro) and end with faint.. i wish theyd play with you, p5shng, and one, part of me or carousel...
  9. yes i was in hannover, it was the first 2008 show, january 16th. what should should i say, it was awesome of course, alone coz of the fact that ive seen em! but after all i had the impression that they just did their thing on stage and just went on without any emotions..for example they alsmost didnt talk to the crwod of made some fun or something... i dont like the idea that they wanna implement some DBS trax into Lp shows druing the upcoming Europe/Asia tour. that means that they have to kick out some lp songs..i bet it will be some harder songs where chester cannot just stay in front of the mic-stander and do his thing...
  10. if you ask me there is NO video from the past 2 years which id add to my fav ones. i mean look at this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aywOlerDUcQ in comparision with this: if you ignore the quality of the VIDEO and just compare the qualities of the PERFORMANCE...i mean..there is a huge difference, in 2000 the show is more kicking and powerful and also kinda individual...you can literally feel em in the crowd... 2007 sucked, 2008 sucked even more, 2009 will be just ridiculous! i know ppl will tell now "get over the past!", "they developed", "theyre getting older" and stuff, but THIS IS THE FACT and you cant deny it.
  11. "I hope we don't suck" ?!?!?!?!?!?!? WTF! is that the ONLY aim LP has atm??? not-to-suck?? as we know mike said that a couple of times in some interviews, so its developing from "being awesome" to "not-to-suck"...pretty sad
  12. we need a clear message, which every lp fan site should participate in till it reaches the official sites and then maybeto LP themselves....
  13. fuck Warner, someone need to do something..... if all fans over the world would speak one word, maybe there will change something...
  14. i could agree with hahninator that hannover kicked azz, coz i was there...it was really epic yea... ..but when ive listened to it on my pc i was like "wtf"....especially coz it was the first show in 2008 and i had still the 2007 shows in mind which literally blew my head off....and compared with em actually ALL 2008 shows just suck.... my fav would be mountain view though: 1. best crowd 2. best performance but again its nothing against new jersey, indy, syracuse, etc from 2007...
  15. yea ure right a remix isnt 100 % lp, its your OWN creation.
