  1. You might be onto something...
  2. That is indeed true
  3. I think it would be a great idea to just take the cassettes/CDs (the Xero ones), convert them over to .mp3 using some sort of cassette/CD converter, then just sell the tracks online. I mean, it doesn't sound like a bad idea. It would not be a good idea to do that with the Hybrid Theory/Linkin Park stuff, though. We know that Warner/Linkin Park themselves are probably saving that for a later release in the future.
  4. Jeff Blue can probably leak those Xero tracks. It would have to be leaked somewhere private or somewhere public while Jeff Blue being anonymous. Warner doesn't care about Mark Wakefield. There's no way Jeff Blue an leak any Hybrid Theory/Linkin Park tracks. He would be at the mercy of Warner. Warner cares about Chester Bennington.
  5. Is Chester singing the first or second verse of Pictureboard? I can tell he is singing it, I just don't know whether it's the first or the second verse of the song he's singing.
  6. I agree. He should buy that Hybrid Theory Lockout performance off Marc Ostrick.
  7. What do you mean? How is it not Mark Wakefield? It says on Linkinpedia, since it didn't sound like the band Wakefield, and since it wasn't the band Wakefield at all, based purely on the voice and the fact that no one have ever been able to attribute it to any other artist, it is believed to be a Mark Wakefield solo song.
  8. Is Ground Xero, by Mark Wakefield, from 1998 or 1999?
  9. Is this the sample you were talking about? 101strg2
  10. Is Mark Wakefield in Amongst Wolves or is that a different Mark Wakefield?
  11. What's In The Eye (Acoustic) (Amends) [Target, Japan, Saturn Bonus Track] What's In The Eye (Stripped) (Amends... Stripped) Sometimes (Acoustic) (Amends) [Target, Japan, Saturn Bonus Track] Sometimes (Stripped) (Amends... Stripped) Soul Song (Acoustic) (Amends) [Walmart Bonus Track] Soul Song (Stripped) (Amends... Stripped) I'm pretty sure between both acoustic & stripped version of "What's In The Eye", "Sometimes", & "Soul Song" from Amends (Walmart, Target, Japan, Saturn Exclusives) & Amends... Stripped, they are either the same song or slightly different versions from one another.
  12. I asked the question, on the Quick Question topic, if that sample is a sample of the song Ashes (1999 Demo) that was on the first demo CD with Chester that Jeff Blue mentioned in his book.
  13. A Place For My Head should be the single. The performance of the song at that show was epic af, especially the bridge, that was the epic part of the song right there.
  14. The Down Syndrome (Acoustic) (...No Sun Today) The Syndrome (Stripped) (Amends... Stripped) They sound similar. Not too sure if they are the exact same vocal take, but I'm sure someone will figure it out sooner or later.
  15. I think it is the same vocal take because the same studio conversation from the acoustic version of "The Down Syndrome" from "...No Sun Today" is at the beginning of "The Syndrome" from "Amends... Stripped". Not too sure if they used the Amends version of the song for the bridge or not.
  16. Is this a sample of Ashes (1999 Demo) that Jeff Blue mentioned in his book? ASHES_BE
  17. During "Stick N Move", the strings in the song are sampled from Giacomo Puccini's Madama Butterfly, Act II: "Un bel dì vedremo". When does the sample occur in "Stick N Move" and where in the sampled song "Un bel dì vedremo" is the part where it's sampled in "Stick N Move"? Stick N Move (Xero Demo) (Mark Wakefield): Stick N Move (Demo) (Chester Bennington): Giacomo Puccini - Madame Butterfly: Un Bel Di Vedremo
  18. I think you got the date mixed up. On October 16, 2000, the show was in Houston, Texas, which hasn't been confirmed if it was played or not. I found it on here in the 2000 & earlier shows by looking up the date you mentioned.
  19. Which One Step Closer performance was it in which during the "Shut Up" bridge in which Mike sings "blood is pouring"? Which performance was it? I remember hearing it one time on YouTube, but now I can't remember where the performance was.
  20. I know this may be a stupid question to ask, but on the Hybrid Theory EP vinyl from the Hybrid Theory Super Deluxe Boxset, at the beginning before the lyrics “I’ve got no commitment to my own flesh and blood” it skips a couple seconds of it and cuts off the word “I’ve”. Is it just my Hybrid Theory EP vinyl or do all Hybrid Theory EP vinyls have this problem? P.S. I noticed it when I was listening to the vinyl. This problem doesn’t occur in the rest of the Hybrid Theory EP vinyl or the Hybrid Theory and Reanimation vinyls.
  21. So basically this is just Hybrid Theory (Unmastered Studio Finals 5/7/00), just the band had a different name, and The Cure (Cure For The Itch) was renamed The Cure for Mr. Hahn's Itch, and The Cure For Mr. Hahn's Itch (Pushing Me Away) was renamed to Pushing Me Away.
  22. Same. I also want to listen to the first Xero CD.
  23. I'd DIE to hear this stuff!!!!! (Figuratively, anyway)
  24. Agreed, who do we contact and where do we look? I was searching it up and I only found stuff on the original Xero demo tape. That's it. Edit: Can't find any specific information on the demos themselves.
  25. Hopefully there’s a chance that all of this gets leaked or released in the future.
