Yeah, I don't care what anyone says... That was just stupid and just messed up the whole experience for me... I like live sets, beginning to end... lol.

It's hard to say, as there are plenty of instances of it that most of us haven't heard yet. The best from the tour itself, in my opinion, is none other than 26.07.2009 - St. Petersburg, Russia, Telebashnya Stadium, but I assure you that this probably isn't the "best" version... just my personal favorite.

Without a doubt: 16.08.2009 - Macao, China, Cotai Arena @ The Venetian Resort Dedicated over Points, APFMH over the outro, and Papercut over Bleed It Out. No Dead By Sunrise, but oh well, haha. Definitely looking forward to this show. That clears up quite a few things. Thank for the info. Hopefully the next US Tour is back around 3-5 days, haha... although most people don't pay attention to how long it takes after the first few shows are released.

Anyone remember the days where we'd get them like three days after the show? lol.

I've been waiting patiently... Patience is pretty much a necessity in the LP fan world, hahaha... Can't wait for the new DSPs.

LP fans (and LP in general) use the word demo in a very broad sense from my experiences, heh. But I suppose since the live versions of those songs are different from the final one's that we'll hear, that they could be considered demo's.

Yeah, its definitely not all from the same show... Probably just a bunch of mislabeled tracks.

Where's the torrent? Chances are if I heard the recording, I could tell you where it's from... There aren't all that many bootlegs from 2000, but there are quite a few linkinparkmedia doesn't have up.

I'll reserve judgement until after I've heard the whole album, but describing what I've heard so far as "grungy" and "rough around the edges" could not be farther from the truth. The three songs I've heard so far have tons of keyboards and other electronic effects, the vocals are very far from natural most of the time, and the guitar, while distorted is about as clean as you can get. The tracks are very polished and the production reminds me far more of HT and Meteora than it does MTM. Given Up and No More Sorrow alone are both rougher than any studio track I have yet to hear from DBS...

Not to mention some of the lucky people who went to the listening party also said the album seems over produced. It just seems like the style calls for it, the way CBI, Fire and My Suffering turned out, I'd only assume the other tracks will have the same "feel" to them. The same "overproduced feel"

lol, that was AWESOME! But yeah, 'Walking in Circles' seems to be an early favorite. It'll be interesting to see how everyone else reacts once this horribly overproduced, yet great album hits the shelves (or leaks... lol...)

Well.. Thanks for the effort for sure. Yeah, I've been searching every archive of every LP fan site that I could think of as well, but I guess it really wasn't posted anywhere else, lol. A missing piece of LP history right here, ha. At least it wasn't that important at the end of the day.

Lol, I was thinking that as well... but that's why I love live recordings so much. At least MTM wasn't as bad as the first two production wise... But this is horrid, at least everything sounded right on HT and Meteora... on the DBS songs I have heard, some things just seem too high or too low in the mix. EDIT: Actually, this really pisses me off... I hate when some producer comes in and takes an otherwise great song, and has to ruin it by putting his "special" touch all of it. Fuck that.

Yeah, THIS POST! And yeah, from I have heard so far, the production on the album was horrible. Why did they choose that guy anyway? I know he's done production in the past, but seriously, I could have done a better job, lmao...

Awesome review! Nice to get a brief idea of what to look forward to. I'm still as psyched as ever for the album. Still listening to the three songs we have! Acoustic songs? Intriguing...

WTF We've already heard QWERTY live plenty of times, but there is no live recording of No Roads Left, cause it was never played live. Time to play NRL live, it is the obvious choice.

Oh hell yeah, but now, it's time to rock out and blast all three studio tracks we've managed to hear. I'll play these at the party tonight, and hopefully get a few ?'s as to what it is, nothing like spreading the word!

I still love this song... But this is definitely going to be a live show band... Just like with Fire and Crawl Back In, this song is way over produced. Too much production IMO. Definitely awesome to be able to hear the studio version now though, this is awesome.

LOL, Dead By Sunrise is mostly Julien-K anyway with the exception of Chester. It's amazing how many people forget that...
