  1. After repeated listenings of the album, some songs get close to perfect score to me. Syndrome, In Time, Soul Song, She Shines and Morei Sky are like 9/10 to me now. Blown away
  2. Open Door is ok, I really don’t like the random guy that pops up in the small bridge singing lol. It’s a bit too repetitive but ok. I’ll probably check out the instrumental tracks when the album drops
  3. Project spark GATS video was terrible, god. 😂😂😂
  4. Interesting, to me they gave new life to songs that instrumentally wise were meh or straight up bad (like the original Sickness with that horrible irritating guitar) , but as I said it’s a matter of taste and perspective. I was ok with the old ones, I just cared about the vocals, and now we have this album That to me feels complete. If they make a second one, I’d be super in
  5. I really liked OOA at first but this is better
  6. Wow, I like B12 more than like 4 tracks on PT and many on TRT songs, but it’s a matter of taste 😊 Listening to the full album this morning on the cd for the 1st time and I was blown away by some of the songs, it’s super strong to me, even if it has weaknesses
  7. The demo didn’t sound that promising, we’ll see.
  8. I listen to Grey Daze since like 2008 and TBH despite enjoying the old versions I think every song on Amends is better than the original
  9. I appreciate the fact that you tried to put your issues with the band aside and tried to give an opinion about the music only. I agree with you on ma y of the things you stated in the review, but disagree on others (like to me B12 despite being a bit messy is still pretty good, a 6.5/10 and I love the new In Time), but hey, it’s music, the most subjective thing in the world. Thank you for giving an honest opinion about the music without thrashing it as “garbage” just because you didn’t feel on board with the project. As someone who loves the album and always loved GD, I really appreciate this😊
  10. Yeah me too. Clickbait AF
  11. Exactly like when Morton announced”Cross Off”: “Chester Bennington recorded a full heavy metal album with Lamb of God’s Mark Morton” ....
  12. Curious about the review, loving the album, haven’t been that satisfied on an album for a while
  13. TTM was very LP-ish, yeah I agree. But to me Heavy is THE single radio-wise. i mean, I agree on the fact that TTM is a better song, but radio-wise Heavy was an obvious choice
  14. God, tomorrow I'm preordering the deluxe edition with this amazing book
  15. Curious, what would've been your pick as 1st single for OML ?
  16. TBH to me the scream sounds like Chester and Sean told me on Direct "it's Chester, just a different vocal take", but that might be wrong...
  17. 1. Not shooting a proper MV for Rebellion; 2. OML shortened to just 10 songs and not a "standard" 12 songs album 3. Recharged not being an EP with just the remixes by the band; 4. Not releasing IMR as a single off LT 5. LITE music video
  18. The scream is fucking amazing, super heavy. Also, love the instrumentals, reminds me a bit of QOTSA. Other standout tracks to me are The Syndrome and She Shines, incredible songs, then obviously In time and Soul Song. Overall, incredible album
  19. Yeah the song has a 80s power ballad vibe mixed to classic LP (BID, Invisible, UIG...)
  20. Love the fact that he talk about Primo and I could listen to him speaking about Chester for days
  21. I remember the "co-hosted" shows. But with STP I remember the interviews of the LP band members talking about Chaz joining STP but there wasn't interaction or like specific talking about High Rise by Mike or Brad or the other guys, IIRC
  22. I agree on Mike not giving relevance to the project, it’s not necessary. THB as a LP fan, i see this as something distinct from LP, different, and it’s not necessary to have Mike’s approval to enjoy it. He gave a shoutout to Mark Morton because there was nothing conflictual about that, but with GD his silence is exactly what I expected and I think it’s the best thing he could do
  23. Milking or not, the songs on Amends are fucking awesome and TBH I don’t need Mike’s opinion or permission to think that the album is great. No disrespect at all to Mike, obviously
