  1. I had the feeling that Chester, except for few tracks like War, Halfway Right and Heavy, wasn't too much into the writing process of THP (for Mike s own admission) and OML. He just sang ( really good, clearly, I fucking love Chaz) the parts M&B wrote for him
  2. You have a big point here, the band is talented enough to pull of a nice show as a 5 piece. Ok, Mike can t sing OSC, GATS or Given Up as an example but he can adjust songs as he already did. Remember the mashups in the solo medleys, the intro ( who the hell other than Mike could think about a mix of RU and Fallout?) and stuff like that. Chester passed away but LP in some form is not dead.
  3. I hope Mike will find the energy to carry on his ideas, he s so fucking talented. I have faith he will come out with s/thing great In years to come
  4. Imagine their first show after Chester s death : Mike begins singing OML while Images of Chester begin running on screen. Then the whole band comes out and the hug Each other
  5. True, this Could help keeping Chester s memory alive
  6. I think this thread should be closed, sadly ;(;(;(
  7. Yeah I generally don t like metalcore but I wouldn t say that EVERY SINGLE metalcore singer is bad, it s like saying every nu metal song is cringy
  8. I was really into this tread last week talkin about Mike oriented songs etc but now I feel so sad...
  9. Mike always sayd controversal things, like the direct attack to Cvrches back in 2014. He s a creative genious and expresses his thoughts with passion
  10. http://www.mediatraffic.de/albums.htmShit, people recognize greatness just when somebody passes away... sad
  11. As I said in another thread I think Mike can be lead vocalist in a lot of songs, with some Sung by the audience ( ITE chorus/bridge, Papercut) and some Made in a different way ( LOATR)
  12. N. 2 and n. 5 would be painful IMO ... N. 7 is unlikely to me, but we ll see, i expect a statement from the band in some months. I ll accept every decisione they make but absolutely hope they don t quit making music. The idea of a world without Chester and without Mike, Brad, Rob, Joe and Dave making music is Just too bad and painful
  13. Totally agree on this, quitting would be painful for us but i d understand, then as I posted a setlist with Mike oriented songs plus new album songs would be possible. Replacing Chester... Super Meh option to me but we will see
  14. Everything unreleased with Chester s vocals...
  15. True, in fact I legitimately expect a break of months before any decision, they lost a close friend before than a working partner
  16. Mmmmh I don t know how i D react to a new full time singer... It D be weird in the beginning and I think I D difficultly digest another guy singing ITE WID Catalyst and other LP classics... we ll see What happens
  17. I don' t want to seem cynical but a 5 men tour labeled as Linkin Park is not impossible, maybe in a couple of years, i mean, short setlist : Invisible Iridescent ( band sings Chaz part) LOATR ( stripped down like The intro in The last tour) ITE ( crowd sings chorus and bridge as it already does) AFN ( with band making gang vocals) Roads Untravelled COG experience ( Mike can handle it with band gang vocals IMO) Mike solo medley ( like in The THP world tour) Burning in The Skies UIB ( he already played it with FM back in 2015) WTCFM Jornada del muerto I know it s weird but i think it Could work in some ways, even THo The whole thing is so sad Add some Fall-out/ mashup intro and maybe a shortened SFN version and you have a short but OK setlist Oh and i Forgot HHH, In Between and BIO ( with The crowd singing as it already does)
  18. No Dave Grohl/Foo messages... i mean i m not counting down Who s in or out, but i noticed this
  19. Shit TTM is hitting 37 million in no time
