I'm hoping the 2nd track is a live track, preferably Guilty or Until It's Gone, mixed by Ethan Mates.

You know what? You know a LOT about guitar, probably more than any member on this site. So I respect and value your opinion. I do think that Brad is a good guitarist, but to each their own.

When Brad said that none of the songs were his favorite to play live, I couldn't help but say ''yeah, we know'', in my head. Lol.

I wonder if Mike would rap something cool, like a verse from Carousel or Part Of Me. Maybe even a verse from Fuse or Stick N Move. -
Does joelp have a second account? Have you heard Shadow Of The Day or In Pieces?? Have you heard Keys To The Kingdom, All For Nothing, Guilty All The Same, War or A Line In The Sand??

Since Bamboozle was my 1st show and it was before DSP's existed, I decided to keep that recording, mostly because of the nostalgia and because it's just a great recording in general. I still kept every DSP that was released, because those were official releases from the band and I enjoy them. I didn't keep NYC 2010 or SSMF 2013 stuff because there were never full sources of those shows and I hate having incomplete shows or songs that cut in and out from different sources, etc. I have now downloaded the Darien Center 2014 source because it's full show and the quality is great. If full source recordings become available for Mansfield, Holmdel or Wantagh, I will keep those as well, but only if they are full sources, like I said before.

I used to be like this until I went to a L.A. show and it was one of the best shows I have ever been to.
-
Yes, but this interview was also from 2009, so I'm sure they have done more expensive tours since then. I think a big reason the ticket prices were so much on this tour is because Mars was a support act, which sucks. I really didn't enjoy their performance that much and I personally don't really care that Jared Leto won an Oscar, because that has nothing to do with their music or even their band in general.
-
It seems like there is a lot of drama going on currently in the Julien-K camp and we aren't getting the full story on it all. Whatever, I don't really care that much. I own physical copies of Death To Analog and We're Here With You, but I wouldn't consider myself a huge fan of Julien-K, I don't have any of their remix or live stuff or anything like that. This really sucks for people who pre-ordered the album or people who just wanted an official live album from them in general, though.

Very true. Incubus' status as a band is much higher than Mars, so I'm not sure how it could all cost more, either, especially since Honda Civic Tour had the pyro and everything, as well as the expensive video screens, etc. This is an interesting point, though, because I was just reading an interview with Chester the other day and he said the most expensive tour they ever did was the 2008 US Arena Tour, but that is maybe only because of the 360 stage and such.

I didn't notice that Brad wasn't very into the show, but I have noticed in recent times through videos that he seems not very into it. He looked like he was having a blast back in 2007/2008, the Honda Civic Tour, etc. Maybe he just doesn't like the heavy shit. We know he doesn't like APFMH. We know that Mike basically had to force him to start writing heavy shit for the new album, etc. It is pretty shitty what Brad does at the M&G's, he did that at all 3 of the M&G's I attended on this tour. However he did talk to me when I asked him to sign my copy of mmm...cookies and he said it was awesome and that he loved it. Lol. But he was definitely very quick. The rest of the guys take their time and chat with you, especially Chester and Phoenix, it seemed like. I really am into the COG Recharged part of the set, I absolutely loved it and exploded when they played it at my shows. So much energy and that beat is just insanely awesome. -
Best post that I have seen in a while. I'd love to hear more of their actual NEW album, instead of old songs from 15 years ago. There are so many good songs on the album that they haven't played yet.

What a joke. I'm so happy that LP is touring with this band for just this tour, after the tour I will be able to put the bad memory of 30STM behind me.
-
It's a good thing that I never pre-ordered this CD or the bundle or anything. Wow.
-
Damn, congrats to you. I tried collecting every bootleg, etc., and I eventually just said forget it and deleted it off of my external hard drive. I'm just gonna stick to the officially released LP stuff.

The quality of a 1997 Xero show would probably be so low that it wouldn't even be worth spending money or time trying to find it, IMO. How did LPL get SBD audio of Camden 2004? The quality was very much superior to audience recordings, it's probably one of my favorite exclusives released by any fan site, ever. -

Well, I could understand why they did not include a ''making of'' if they were just going to give us that stuff through LPTV, because that would make sense in today's time. However, we have got virtually nothing from the studio sessions of making the album from 2013-2014, and barely any tour footage at all so far. It really sucks. I have no idea what is going on with it. We don't have any new LPUTV episodes, either. Did something happen to Fiore? Why are we not getting tons of episodes like we have since 2007? (I don't count 2003 LPTV). Anyways, I think we might get another album in 2016 that is similar in style and attitude of THP. But after that, I think they will change it up again, etc. Who knows what the future has in store, I never in a million years would have thought LP would make an album like THP back in 2012, so anything can happen. I don't think the next album will continue in the direction of the MALL songs, because those were made in the LT era since Joe laid down all the foundation for MALL in 2011 and most of them are from the LT era (Ammosick originated in the MTM era, went through the ATS era and they probably finished it in the LT era). -

Btw, at the Summit Q&A, Mike said that MTM was the hardest album for them to make. I just wanted to throw that out there, for all the MTM haters on LPLive. -

Mike probably only did RME over BIO because it was a LPU Summit that day. If they really were going to do APFMH, that was also probably for the LPU Summit fans. I don't think the band would do either of those at every show regularly, only at special shows for the LPU. -

I took a bunch of pics of me with Rob's drumset, Mike's keypad, holding Delson's guitars, etc.. I will try and upload them soon. -
I read that Mike Shinoda was ''briefly'' the producer for SOB's album Reseda Beach. I thought Mike was the executive producer for the album, similar to how Chester was the executive producer for Death To Analog? EDIT: Nevermind, I just looked at my copy of Reseda Beach and on the back cover it says ''Executive Producer: Mike Shinoda''.

Mike actually addressed the ''making of THP'' at the Summit, he said that they didn't feel like doing that this time around because he felt like the album was never really finished and they want to keep making this kind of music and he also said that you can find out all the behind the scenes stories at things like the Summit and LPTV. -

This release kind of sucks, they shouldn't have released it.

That's awesome. Where were you guys at the show? Btw, this really sucks that there is no DSP's this tour, even though Wantagh wouldn't have been released anyways. An audience recording of this show would be epic.
