  1. I got a copy! So happy! It was the last one they had. EDIT: Does anyone know where I would be able to purchase the Hybrid Theory vinyl from last year's Record Store Day online somewhere?
  2. Might try and buy this today, bought an hour drive from me to go get one.
  3. Yeah, ''The Hunt'' and ''Viserion'' didn't sound like titles from LP. I know LP are GOT fans and all, but I don't think they'd name one of their songs after a character.
  4. I wasn't aware of that considering Linkin Park has over 61,000,000 likes on Facebook, still headlines most major festivals in the world when they go out on tour, still sells a lot of albums, etc. I don't however, see a lot of nu-metal bands accomplishing such feats still and being popular. Sorry that I bashed nu-metal, I know how LP fans get all cranky over it.....still in 2014.
  5. I think we know most of the tracklist already.. Only missing 2 tracks IMO. 01) Guilty All the Same (Feat. Rakim) 02) Until It's Gone 03) All For Nothing (Feat. Page Hamilton) 04) Keys to the Kingdom 05) Wastelands of Today 06) Line in the Sand 07) Final Masquerade 08) Warrior 09) Mark the Graves 10) Rebellion (Feat. Daron Malakian)
  6. Damn. Some of the titles sounded a bit unLPish anyways. I hope we get the real tracklisting soon.
  7. I agree with you.
  8. That's why I said most likely. I don't know for sure, no one does. But I don't think they scrapped Final Masquerade when it was up on the demo board with all those other songs that ended up on the album. Maybe it will be a ''b-side'' type thing like they did with NRL back in 2007 and it included it as a bonus track. Final Masquerade sounded like a badass song, I wish they didn't change the title or scrap it from the album. A masquerade is basically to act fake or put up a false show, so I guess it really doesn't have any similar meaning with March Of The Dead after all. I just thought of March Of The Dead as like a final thing, one last march, that's where I got the idea. Hopefully Chester or Mike can clear it up for us sometime.
  9. Final Masquerade most likely became March Of The Dead, IMO.
  10. So much FAIL in this thread..
  11. Great interview.
  12. Final Masquerade obviously could have become March Of The Dead, IMO. As for the tracklisting's authenticity, I think it's real. It's from a Warner website and it was taken down immediately. Nice tracklist, btw. We already knew basically all the titles except a few.
  13. I just feel this thread is directed at me because of what I was saying in the shoutbox earlier. I just don't think LP is the most mainstream band of all time, sorry. GATS and THP are even making themselves farther away from mainstream. Some of the bands on the radio DO actually remind me of Disney music and stuff, I don't just think that because of what Mike said.
  14. Lol it bothers you enough to make a thread about it? Is 30STM or Fall Out Boy in a disney movie or in a commercial or something? This is a LP forum.
  15. ATS could have been mixed better.
  16. Ok. You're right. Nu-metal never died out. It's still alive and well.
  17. I love LT so much.
  18. You did bring up an interesting topic. The video is on YouTube, but I can't post it here because LPU videos are not allowed. Fuse & RME are from the Xero tape in 1997, not sure..
  19. http://geeknation.com/videos/tweet-out-ep-71-joe-hahn/ Joe Hahn answers questions from Twitter in this video with GeekNation. He says LP is not working with Steve Aoki on Transformers 4. He also says that the score is done for Mall, as well as the film (which we already knew), but they are working on finding a distributor as of right now.
  20. I was being half sarcastic. All I ever see on LP message boards is how they want LP to return to their old style and how MTM/ATS is shit, how LT is shit, etc. I love those albums, so I always try to defend them when I can and people just take advantage of it. I am excited for THP because it seems like a straight forward rock record from LP with guests, etc. But I don't want the HT sound to return whatsoever. That style died out in the early 2000's and it should stay dead. It's not cool and it's not good music, the general consensus in the music WORLD is that nu-metal sucks, and LP fans are the only fans in the world that I see still pining over it. And no, LT was not ''disney commercial bullshit''. I hate that comment from Mike, because now fans think they can call any music that they don't like that. Nothing about LT was disney commercial music, not even BID. If anything, LT was more on the pop rock side, it was never disney music at all. Just because 90% of the fanbase for some reasons shits all over LT any chance they get, doesn't mean that it's terrible or disney commercial BS.
  21. I said I don't think it will sound like MTM. Where did the band say that it would or wouldn't? I know LP said there will be some electronic stuff, but the reviews indicate that they are appetizers and not the main course.
  22. I'd love for LP to go in a MTM direction again because MTM is my all time favorite work from LP, but I don't think that THP will sound anything like MTM. GATS doesn't. We will see when the album comes out. There might still be a lot of electronic stuff on this album, just buried in the mix more.
  23. It is a generic phrase used, yes.
  24. Awesome, can't wait to see the movie.
