Alright. Hope Lorenzo can help us. Too bad we can't have any kind of recording about that show. I also want to know if this set was performed for something in particolar, or only for fun/reharsal/jam.

I am considering the idea about asking Mike about the acoustic set they played at the Machine Shop Office, and if he can tell us wich songs were performed.

It would be the perfect occasion for playing THP in full, or at leat bringing back some heavy jams like No More Sorrow or even QWERTY. With this set, that crowd will be very bored.

I agree with this, and i have to say that this kind of philosophy is completely wrong in my opinion. Is it a THP PROMOTIONAL tour? Fine, it is almost normal if people don't react as much as the older stuff. The promotion is made for a major response from the people when they hear a song from the new album. Acting like this, means that LP seems to quit about instigating a positive reaction for stuff of THP. And if the album sales aren't good, it should be a major reason for the band to do as much as possibile to promote the album, and not giving up, and continue to perform the classic older SAVE stuff (And THP concept that the band always said was the opposite of the concept of "Save" stuff). If anything it will not change in the future, with the addiction of FTI and APFMH (And APFMH is my favorite song of all time) for UIG and Rebellion, LP proves that they aren't capable to respect what tjey intended to be with THP, and return in their safe world. This would be a big fail for the band.

Could be possible that a new song from THP is going to be added to the set, and LP decided not to play at this show because they haven't 100% rehearsed it?

I've listened to the Brad solo on the APFMH intro. Onestly i prefer every other intro they have done for APFMH in their career. It sounds like a simple jam improvvisation. For is better even having the intro with Rob Drum Sample of the bridge, like they use to play in 2003-2004. Anyway yeah, From The Inside performance is amazing. Chester nailed it.

I am so fucking happy for the APFMH return. I hope that the band understood tgat this song needs to stay in every set in every tour. Also From The Inside is an AWESOME surprise. The only weird thing is no Rebellion. Was it dropped for APFMH? They had dropped too much thing (UIG (with MS Rap intro), WTFE ext. Outro, the LITE minute, Rebellion) for only APFMH. I also think that a song was not played for unknow reason. Now i can't wait to see the set B. Still hope for new THP song.

In my opinion it will be War with no doubt. It is the easiest song to perform and the most immediate one to incorporate in the setlist. A song like ALITS with its over 6+ minutes requires more songs to be dropped from the set, and with this kind of structured set it could be difficult. I think they will drop Runaway and play Wastelands with the album intro.

I think that the band plays those singles because the fanbase loves it, not the band, especially radio singles like BID.

I also agree with you. Maybe i am not realistic, but after this LPTV i started to think that ALITS has some more chance to be played. It was played a big portion of the song (and it was the only song played in the studio version, after that Mike Solo and Wasteland live), and made it sound like it was live. And Mike that talk about it....mmm.... ....or maybe i am simply deluding myself.

I think that the band has the ability to do another deeper/introspective album like ATS was. The Hunting Party is a success even for the LP themselves, because they manage to compose some really awesome, rocking, aggressive stuff. ALITS and MTG makes me wanting the Band to push further in more complex structure of soongs and a progressive oriented style. So THP can rappresent an excellent start for doing something like this. I would like them to keep this kind of energy and combine it with deeper structure, concept and themes of ATS.

But more years we wait, more Chester voice will be weaker and more will be difficult for him to sing that song live. For me KTTK will be played only for the rest of THP Era and then will be dropped.
