that space where the bonus Tracklist has been shown is for the CD tracklisting i think this Combo have DVD + Bonus songs (basicly Reanimation MP3) instead of Live MP3s. And as you can see in this pic nothing about label written below. no doubt buddy its fake to me. and i think its only 2 CDs , Live + Reanimation.

i am with Astat : Ryan Singing skills are really bad. i was listening ATD for 1st time yesterday, and i realized that he cant sing a word without effects. and he really sucks badly live. but yes i love his guitar skils and love his moves live.
