LPFreak64 Posted July 9, 2012 Posted July 9, 2012 (edited) The line-up for this year iHeartRadio Music Festival has been released from the website and Linkin Park will be playing the festival. The festival is set to be held on the 21st and 22nd of September in Las Vegas, NV. No confirmation I know of from the band yet, but the source is as legit as it gets. Go here to check out the rest of the stellar lineup! What do you think? Edited July 9, 2012 by LPFreak64 Quote
Coizu Posted July 9, 2012 Posted July 9, 2012 They are going to play at the 22nd. http://festival.iheart.com/go/iheartradio-...ls.html#content Quote
FearOfTheDuck Posted July 9, 2012 Posted July 9, 2012 Wow, that's a lot of big name artists. I'd imagine the tickets are very pricey. Quote

marzo23 Posted July 9, 2012 Posted July 9, 2012 what a mixed line up... but if they all performe on one stage.... LP will play only a short set^^ Quote
gtrnowak4tkd Posted July 9, 2012 Posted July 9, 2012 I hope it gets streamed! Generally does Audio wise I think Quote
maik_gianino Posted July 9, 2012 Posted July 9, 2012 In the Promo Video said that will be streamed, or was streamed in the past years xD Anyway, maybe will be radio stremead i think. Very pop line up Quote
LPFreak64 Posted July 9, 2012 Author Posted July 9, 2012 It was video streamed over Xbox Live last year. I clicked it and saw Nicki Minaj performing....then turned it off. Quote
Geki Posted July 9, 2012 Posted July 9, 2012 Damn.... a 600 dollar ticket? I guess so, because of all the big named artists. I wonder if we will get a DSP for this. Quote
[AndOne] Posted July 9, 2012 Posted July 9, 2012 For most of the big events you can get expensive "VIP" tickets, that's nothing new. Quote

[AndOne] Posted July 9, 2012 Posted July 9, 2012 lol, calm down, it starts with $80 and $600 are probably VIP packages, which is nothing unusual, just look at the amount of big artists. Also, Las Vegas is where the money is. Quote
gorast Posted July 9, 2012 Posted July 9, 2012 This is interesting. It'll be a good show for whoever goes. Quote
lakersfan13 Posted July 9, 2012 Posted July 9, 2012 Sets range from 5 to 14 songs at this event, based on last year. Just a heads up. Quote
Holden Posted July 9, 2012 Posted July 9, 2012 Pretty cool to see a festival have big names from all different music genres in one show. I'm liking the fusion. Sounds pretty awesome actually. Hopefully it gets streamed so we can see it. Quote
jakolp Posted July 10, 2012 Posted July 10, 2012 The names are way too random.. I don't really like it.. Quote
Geki Posted July 10, 2012 Posted July 10, 2012 The names are way too random.. I don't really like it.. Kinda agree with this... I do like diversity in festivals and stuff but this line-up just looks like someone put on top 40 radio and chose a bunch of random artists. Quote
Jesper Posted July 10, 2012 Posted July 10, 2012 Kinda agree with this... I do like diversity in festivals and stuff but this line-up just looks like someone put on top 40 radio and chose a bunch of random artists. That is probably the idea of this Festival Quote

That is probably the idea of this Festival That is the exact purpose of this festival. To get the most popular artists of this year and cram them together in one festival. Music fusion at it's best. The hope is to unite all genres. iHeart Radio, not iHeart Pop/iHeart Rock/iHeart Rap, etc... Quote
RiderSSPU Posted July 13, 2012 Posted July 13, 2012 Pitbull and Calvin Harris aren't as big as the others but dang, that's one stacked line-up as far as big names go, and such a weird variety and combination as well. Quote
lgr Posted July 17, 2012 Posted July 17, 2012 Sets range from 5 to 14 songs at this event, based on last year. Just a heads up. so don't pay for a $600 "VIP" ticket if you're only going for LP then Quote
