So,LPA members found this performance video,it was shot in Berlin.. It was directed by Timur Behmambetov,the director for the movie.. He gave a tweeted about creating a video for this song.. Moving to the music like it's usually done for music videos doesn't mean they played the song "live" for this performance. This is the stage in Berlin for sure. It's also possible that they filmed this there the day before the show. The powerless scenes and the crowd stuff are two completely different things.
