I don't think there was a 3-track maxi released on CD, pretty sure it was just a download. There's also a Given Up vinyl, which is pretty neat because it's pressed on red vinyl. I found the WID picture disc at Hot Topic a while back, but I really want the Given Up vinyl because colored vinyl is pretty much one of the coolest things ever. 2 of my friends' bands released a split 7" a while back on clear vinyl, and I've been a fan of non-black vinyls ever since.
