immortalsoul Posted April 28, 2010 Posted April 28, 2010 Yep, ATL definitely beats "Blackbirds." Quote
GraDoN Posted April 28, 2010 Posted April 28, 2010 i still love she couldn't more than any of the released track (to us) from the last 2 years. They were on the good smack when they made my december and she couldn't. from the newly made tracks i'd go with ATL>NRL>BB. It is good to see that BB does not contain the word 'LIE' though. Breath of fresh air Quote
Pez Posted April 28, 2010 Posted April 28, 2010 Although i really like all the strings on BB but i find ATL a much better track. Lyrically i think BB let me down. when i heard the sample ive gone "shit, Mikes got epic lines" now although i think mikes lines were good just not they thought they would be. ATL > BB Doesnt mean i dont like the song either. Quote
Ashwhisker Posted April 28, 2010 Posted April 28, 2010 when i heard the sample ive gone "shit, Mikes got epic lines" They really fooled us with that sample, we were all expecting "rap verse + chester chorus" progression. Quote
MONDREUS240 Posted April 29, 2010 Posted April 29, 2010 Blackbirds = POA without the metalish parts...nuff said. Quote
hawk Posted April 29, 2010 Posted April 29, 2010 When a new song is released, thats the main song I listen to for a few weeks. Then I go back to listening to all the other songs. Next time I go on iTunes I will check the play count. Quote
VavourasLP Posted May 2, 2010 Posted May 2, 2010 Blackbirds = POA without the metalish parts...nuff said. thats quite right. it's an M2M POA Quote
feelthless Posted May 3, 2010 Posted May 3, 2010 Blackbirds = POA without the metalish parts...nuff said. Yeah..and Easier to Run is the emo version of Crawling Quote
leftshoe18 Posted May 6, 2010 Posted May 6, 2010 but crawling is the emo version of crawling and i totally agree with the BB and POA comparison that was actually one of the first things i thought when i heard the song Quote
EWQMinesweeper Posted May 6, 2010 Posted May 6, 2010 Blackbirds = POA without the metalish parts...nuff said. then ATL is the 'insert the right description here' version of BTH imo ATL is even better than some HT tracks Quote
hawk Posted May 7, 2010 Posted May 7, 2010 Apparently since I put Across the Line on my iPod which was God knows when I've listened to the song 127 times. Thats a lot more than I remember. Quote
Sucre06 Posted May 8, 2010 Posted May 8, 2010 My opinion on a song Blackbirds the such: The song super, sounds perfectly, at LP was not still such songs, in the plan such that if Mike reads the Rap and a song is quiet, but Blackbirds an exception ! LP do a new sound, and this the most interesting in the music world! Quote
