The title explains it all. I'm counting 2009 since the tour was not in support of a new album, nor was it in support of Dead By Sunrise. Here are my personal favorites.

1. Madison Sq. Garden 2008, NAAT (I was there XD)

2. West Palm Beach, Projekt Rev. 07 (Step Up <33)

3. Toronto, Projekt Rev. 07 (High Voltage AND QWERTY <3333)

4. London 02 Arena, EWT 08 (Both Nights kicked ass!!!)

5. Stuttgart, Germany, SET 09 (High Voltage, Reading My Eyes, and live debut of DBS in Europe!!)

Great topic! I was thinking the same thing, but I was too lazy to make it, lol. This varies over time, but anyhow...

In order:

1) 17.08.2007 - Cuyahoga Falls, OH, Blossom Music Center

2) 16.01.2008 - Hannover, Germany, TUI Arena

3) 22.01.2008 - Paris, France, Bercy

4) 03.05.2007 - London, England, Astoria

5) 30.07.2009 - Stuttgart, Germany, Cannstatter Wasen

That's right mother effers! Astoria was awesome.

I like your #1 choice. :P

I have a few that I'm partial to... Astoria '07 was great. Rock Am Ring '07 looked phenomenal from the clips I've seen of it, I would absolutely kill for the full proshot of that show. KROQ Almost Acoustic Xmas '07 was cool, one of the more unique shows from the touring cycle. The first few shows of '08 are where I think the band sounded their best of the whole 07-08 period, particularly Basel and Paris. Madison Square Garden wasn't a particularly good performance in my opinion, but memorable for being the first time the band played there and the crowd being absolutely incredible. Edgefest was memorable for obvious reasons, with the piano version of BTH and the circumstances surrounding the show.

I haven't seen/heard enough good recordings from the '09 shows to add any to the list yet, but I probably will once the DSPs come out.

I have no order but here are my favourites!

Hannover 2008 - First show of 2008. The Band sounded great and they brought back APFMH at this show!

Frankfurt 2008 - I was there =) it was one of the longest sets! and they played Papercut for the first time in 2008.

RaR 2007 - just watch the vids and you know why ^^

Madison Square Garden 2008 - the Jay-Z appearance!

Toronto 2008 - the unique start of the set and HHH over WID intro...

Suttgart 2009 - first DBS performance with LP. RME over POA.

Of course Rock am Ring 2007 has to be named because it was the first LP performance that I ever saw. And the ending of the show with "Faint" was just incredible!

I'm sure there were some other great shows but I'm not a diehard show collector so I haven't listened to that many full sets, or I tend to mess them up, so yeah, can't name any more.

Where can I download the whole Winter 08 US Arena Tour? In my opinion, that was the best tour of the MTM cycle because they sounded the overall best, brought back APFMH and My December and also had good opening acts. I love Coheed And Cambria and Chiodos.
