Here's how i feel.

TEM - 9.5/10. One of there best songs. About to breach 250 millions streams on spotify alone. Don't need to say much more.

HITC - 9/10. My rating takes into account both the album and the arcane version.

Over each other - 7/10. Weakest in the album but still good. From the singles released so far the most repeatable song.

Cut the bridge - 7.5/10. Clear nod to bleed it out. Catchy, will be fun live but i still feel bleed it out is better.

Casualty - 9/10. My neighbor's windows are still shaking from this 😆😆. My only gripe is its too short. Still a banger.

Overflow - 8.5/10. I was most curious about this. Took me about 3-4 listens to get into it. I like it a lot now. This song is one of the best reasons i love LP. Most bands just play safe with there sound, not LP and that's awesome.

Two-faced - 9/10. Instant hit with me. Loved the riff straight away. Love the energy of the track.

Stained - 8/10. Love emily's energy in the chorus. Mike's rap compliments emily's vocals really well. More refined than over each other.

IGYEIH - 8.5/10. Proper nu metal, would fit straight into meteora. Bouncy and Great energy.

Good things go - 10/10. My favorite on the album. Was hooked the very first time and can't stop listening to it. For me, one of the best songs LP's ever written.

The album 8.5/10. A perfect blend of heavy, light and everything in between. Great way to start a new era.

A few words on colin and emily:

Rob's a legend and will always be one. Colin's drumming draws a clear distinction and fits perfectly with the new songs. Welcome aboard to him.

And emily, casualty and good things go show her incredible range. There may be better singers out there, but as brad said in the zane lowe interview "emily's energy fits in Linkin Park", couldn't put it any better. The perfect fit for LP.

Asking where to find a leak is functionally no different from asking for the direct link. We can't be sharing stuff like that on forum posts if we want the website to keep running. I've been here for a long time and I'd be devastated if it's shut down.

I've listened to the album a couple times. It took me the second run round to catch onto cut the bridge it was a bit jarring after TEM.

Good Things Go is supreme, it floats through your ears and is such a good closer. One of my favourite songs of the bands in a very very long time.

Two faced is also an absolute banger. Fits right in those first two albums.

I'm honestly shocked they could pull off something this good. But then again they've shocked me at each point so should I really be that shocked?

Actually emotional listening to the album, it's so good for them to be back

I love this album. Some songs are amazing, some less. But I like them all. My top 3 favorites are Two Faced, Casualty and IGYEIH. Softer songs reminds me Post Traumatic. There is a high Post Traumatic and Corona jams influence in these softer songs. And the only soft track Good Things Go is like a soft rock version of a One More Light track.

P.S. I wonder if Two Faced demo is called Plaster 3. Fucking banger song. I can't wait to see how successful this song will be as a single. Most of fans like this song, so that means they still want LP to do Meteora and HT like songs. LP should do a next album in that style as most of fans know them. The demand for such an album is big, as there are more soft albums and songs, than these ones.

Edit: I miss Chester and his voice in these songs. He is a great talented legend. Always will miss him.

After listening to the album for almost all day, I can confidently say this is my ranking:

1. Good Things Go

2. Casualty

3. Two Faced

4. The Emptiness Machine

5. IGYEIH

6. Over Each Other

7. Heavy Is The Crown

8. Cut The Bridge

9. Stained

10. Overflow

Really good album overall, the only songs I’m kinda iffy on are Stained and Overflow (and they probably will grow on me with time to be honest) I like this album right now more than LT, THP & OML and it might be my 4th favorite LP album overall.

IMO it's too soon to talk about ranking but if I had to, this is pretty much it. The fact that GTG and Casualty are on the same album is awesome, Two Faced is a true throwback like HITC but more interesting and probably has more staying power. HITC is great but just lacks anything interesting for me besides the long scream. The last chorus really needed something to make it pop IMO

I feel similarly about CTB, Stained, and Overflow easily being the bottom 3, though idk the order exactly. And I feel like Stained might grow on me over time

I don't understand why they made HITC the big single over Two Faced. Two Faced is better in every aspect AND sounds more like HT / Meteora which would really hit with casual fans.

league of legends.

The album is extremely solid, a truly great beginning to this new era of LP. I only feel like Casualty and Overflow are a notch below the other ones. Good Things Go is EXTREMELY unlike any song LP has ever done, it even sounds like a blend of early 2000s mainstream rock with some of Mike's latest flow.

Two Faced and Stained have insane choruses, will be very fun to sing along live. I love IGYEIH's vocal interplay, I think that is a great trait of vocals they should explore further in the following albums. Like someone else said Cut the Bridge has a big similarity to BIO.

Another thing that really shines through is that the album has that HT/Meteora sound all over but still every single song sounds really different from each other.

I love it! LP IS BACK!!!!!!

We legitimately will get in trouble from the band's label, no matter how much the band and their team support or like LPLive, if links to leaks and locations of leaks are posted here. We've been warned about it before so we don't take any chances. We have to keep LPLive running forever. :)

LPLive forever!!

I’ve said this before but the only thing that makes me a little sad is that Emily had such an original style in her old band Dead Sara and idk if that shines here on LP. I hope that side of her doesn’t get lost. Like, Unamerican by DS sounds a lot more genuinely her in my opinion than anything on this album.

That said, this is a VERY solid LP album.

Mike is a pretty damn good vocal producer and can bring that talent out of anyone. Chester sounded nothing like he did in Grey Daze when he joined LP. Emily has evolved with LP and Mike has brought new styles to her.

LP already got experimental on some songs on this album. Imagine moving forward what they will do. Inevitably she will have some stuff that sounds like her delivery at least in Dead Sara. I wouldn't worry about that, she's a great vocalist.

I spent the entirety of yesterday listening to the album. It's so fun to listen to. It has some kind of raw but complete vibe I get from some LPU demos. I'm gonna keep it short and simple for each track:

01. From Zero (Intro): This was interesting and fun, got even more interesting when I played the album on repeat, since the ending of the album leads into the beginning of this track. I like how it abruptly ends. Explains the reason they named the album From Zero in the best way.

02. The Emptiness Machine: Best song on the album. It's just perfect. Now I fully get why they picked it as the lead single.

03. Cut The Bridge: Mike's verses are great. Has Bleed It Out vibes. Wanna dance to it. Not a big fan of Emily's performance on it though.

04. Heavy Is The Crown: Tons of energy. Meteora vibes all over it.

05. Over Each Other: Such a mid song. It's just there. Nothing bad, nothing mind-blowing.

06. Casualty: They went fucking crazy on this. Emily's screams get better as the song keeps going. The intro scream isn't as good as the rest of the song.

07. Overflow: My least favorite song on the record. But I appreciate the experimentation with the sounds and melodies, which were kinda' missing in this album. Nice cooldown after Casualty.

08. Two Faced: What a throwback. If HITC is Meteora, this one's definitely Hybrid Theory. Loved it.

09. Stained: A surprise favorite of mine. It's maybe the best Linkin Pop song they've ever done. Reminds me of early 2010s pop songs. Emily's voice is soooo good on this.

10. IGYEIH: One of Emily's best performances. Gave me a lot of Dead Sara vibes. She nails this song.

11. Good Things Go: Hits you right in the feels. Man I wish songs in OML were like this one. Both Mike and Emily were showing off on this one; Mike with his improved confidence and Emily with her range. Beautiful song.

I would rank it as my 7th favorite LP album right above OML. It's a fun album and I think the band would have a lot of fun performing it on stage. To me, this record's challenge was new members and the return, so musically, I won't be too hard on it. However, it gives me hope that they would do better on the next record, because on this one, all I saw was potential. Give the songs a bit more time and space to let them shine. Some are too short and they're over right as you're really getting into them. A little bit of guitar solo or technical riffs wouldn't hurt either.
