Who's the bald guy with glasses at 1:10?

Looks the same as the person on the second picture here, but he doesn't look like Jon Green on the first picture and neither on this picture.

Yeah, Josh is LP's #2 engineer behind Ethan Mates. Ethan's been with them consistently since Minutes to Midnight, while Josh has been around for everything from New Divide onwards, with the exception of Living Things.

I zoomed and sharpened the image as best I could. Can't see an "En". In fact, I can see an "i" right inbetween those two letters. Looks like it spells out "This sin". Trying to make it out, it looks like it might say "This sin is my name" or "This sin is my home".
