  1. Transformers came out on DVD/Blu-Ray today and New Divide is on it! The DVD comes with over THREE HOURS of bonus footage. Wow! Blu-ray should look sweet!
  2. Man I remember being really excited for this album after hearing the songs on the EP. Right when it came out I went to Hot Topic to get and luckily they didn't have it. After I heard the rest of the album I was very disappointed. The only other songs I liked besides the EP ones were Forever and Dreamland. The remixes were complete crap as well.
  3. He said he doesn't like One Step Closer either but they still play that.
  4. I still love MTM but I just get sick of listening to the same old stuff over and over again. FM was great and it has since made him a much better rapper. I mean QWERTY was pretty bad (in terms of rapping) but everything after that was awesome (in my opinion) especially We Made It.
  5. I don't care if it's heavy I just wanna here more of Mike rapping
  6. Oh yes that makes sense now. So "fix" is being used as a noun instead of a verb. Thanks for the clarification.
  7. The song that Rob played on piano that I was talking about can be seen here, starting at 2:43: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GAw0Wa6VFxQ
  8. You're welcome. Resident Turdface, Electric Uvula, Chunky Munkey, Clever Name anyone?? No but seriously, I really liked the piano piece Rob played on the MTM DVD...
  9. Well Mike just said that the new song on LPU9 was recorded during the MTM sessions, but in the LPU chat he said there weren't going to be any MTM b-sides on it.
  10. What the hell does it mean? lol
  11. For End of the World it's "Get your bullshit fixed" "Get your bullshit fix" makes no sense lol
  12. The song for some reason reminds me of the music in Happy Gilmore
  13. Am I the only one who thinks paying as much as $25 for a bootleg recording is a ripoff? That costs more than live CD/DVDs!
  14. That's Chester (notice the wedding ring) and the picture was taken in the same room as the other DBS photoshoot pictures (see here). It follows the rest of the artwork for the album.
  15. I don't feel like answering all of the categories so I'll do just one: Least Signature Rap Track Pushing Me Away - I can not stand the rapping on this song. It takes away from the melody and in my opinion ruins the song. It's just in the way if you understand what I mean. The best part about the piano version is that they dropped the rapping.
  16. That's not selling out. They made their own music and didn't ask anyone to buy it. People who liked it enough to buy it did so to support them. Selling out would be making a certain type of music to cater to the masses. Considering that selling out would be like considering a chef a sellout because he doesn't give his food away for free. Marilyn Manson? lol
  17. Was Pink Floyd's The Dark Side of the Moon an inspiration for the cover?
  18. I'm not saying they only care about the music. I thought it was pretty apparent that they all wanted to make a career out of doing something they love and to say that all they care about is making money is wrong. If that were the case LP would release Hybrid Theory Part III IV V VI VII every year just to make more and more money and they wouldn't've done things like the LPU tour and they wouldn't have meet and greets, etc...
  19. At a time yes, that's what it meant (hence the name) but now that meaning has changed. It's like the whole "gay means happy" thing.
  20. You are 100% wrong. LP was criticized for changing their style, meaning they did what people did not want them to do. If you create "private" music and no one ever hears it, then what's the point? They're signed to a label meaning they can not release music for free. It's their job.
  21. Oh lol sorry sarcasm is so hard to read through text sometimes!!
  22. That's the definition of a sellout.
  23. Why? Because describing something as emo in a review is as hip as saying "Like OMG that song is totally my fav". and FYI that lyric is a metaphor. The song is about love and has nothing to do with self-injury.
  24. Any critic who comments on something being emo should be fired, seriously. That's a prepubescent insult.
  25. I don't have it but jucdging by In the End and Leave Out All the Rest, it should have a booklet with the lyrics and Japanese translation for all 13 tracks.
