Yeah, too bad that to remove transition they also remove portion of intro/outro of some songs. That sucks. But it is what it is. Shame. Also, not sure about it but if they use the CD source, I mean if they use the 16-bit lossless that they have and then export it to 24-bit/96.0kHz then it is out of sense too in that case.

Added two more videos. There is a couple more also very very interesting where Ryu talks about GBC, SOB, he also talks that they never got paid for their song used on Tony Hawks Pro Skater 2. EDIT: added one more about leaving Machine Shop.

Really dope interview! It is answering on some questions I got since 2005 and since Welcome release. As a thank you I can't help it but to mention that Ryu had released his new solo album on November 14, called "Medium Raw".

Linkin Park's 2025 From Zero World Tour heads to South America with stops in Bogotá, Lima, Buenos Aires, and Santiago. After a quick break for golf and surfing, the tour continues and Emily honors a local legend for Halloween.

No one wrote on Linkinpedia that Mike was under drugs. He was drunk, that's a fact and that was mentioned, so I would be careful with calling someone an idiot just because of that.

Those are still the same ones that were uploaded by a fan before the channel became the official FM channel. So all those quality versions were made by a fan. "Remember The Name" version on FM youtube channel is even more fan-edit version than the official, it was cropped https://i.ibb.co/0RBhMGQ6/657.jpg and it contains the explicit version of the song. The version with such differences was never released by the band/label. It also has wrong info about the director in the video description. Also, not sure if you can make the video with the explicit version of the song, if it's about SOB verses it would be ok but in the video on the last verse Mike clearly raps "And those other fellas he runs with..." and not "And those motherfuckers he runs with..." and you can see that the word "motherfuckers" don't match that much with what Mike's raps in the actual explicit video on FM YouTube channel.

On November 22, 2005, exactly 20 years ago Mike's one of a kind album "The Rising Tied" was released. It is an iconic album that has everything that makes him great, and it is one of Mike's best projects. What are your thoughts about the album, what is your favorite song or memory that you still remember after all those years? Let us know. Tracklisting: 01.Introduction (00:43) 02.Remember The Name (feat. Styles Of Beyond) (03:50) 03.Right Now (feat. Black Thought & Styles Of Beyond) (04:14) 04.Petrified (03:40) 05.Feel Like Home (feat. Styles Of Beyond) (03:53) 06.Where'd You Go (feat. Holly Brook & Jonah Matranga) (03:51) 07.In Stereo (03:29) 08.Back Home (feat. Common & Styles Of Beyond) (03:44) 09.Cigarettes (03:40) 10.Believe Me (feat. Bobo & Styles Of Beyond) (03:42) 11.Get Me Gone (01:56) 12.High Road (feat. John Legend) (03:16) 13.Kenji (03:51) 14.Red To Black (feat. Kenna, Jonah Matranga & Styles Of Beyond) (03:11) 15.The Battle (feat. Celph Titled) (00:32) 16.Slip Out The Back (feat. Mr. Hahn) (03:56) BONUS TRACKS: 19.Be Somebody (Lupe Fiasco, Holly Brook & Tak) (03:14) 20.There They Go (feat. Sixx John) (03:17) 21.The Hard Way (feat. Kenna) (03:52) 4 singles from the album was released. 11 songs total from the album were played live during the Fort Minor tour and in the later years during Mike's solo shows: Remember The Name (August 18, 2005 debut) There They Go (August 18, 2005 debut) Petrified (August 18, 2005 debut) In Stereo (October 29, 2005 debut) Where'd You Go (October 29, 2005 debut) Believe Me (October 29, 2005 debut) Feel Like Home (October 29, 2005 debut) Red To Black (October 29, 2005 debut) High Road (October 29, 2005 debut) Cigarettes (February 24, 2006 debut) Kenji (May 12, 2018 debut)

Update on this one, the changes of the song wasn't done especially for M20, the exact same differences has the version from the Compilation CD, the same source was used on M20 as the one from the Compilation. There was a small crowd noise at the end. I can later do the same check for HT20.

Did a quick check and comparison of the songs from disc 4 and 5 with their original versions. Because the other day I have noticed that the Easier To Run was a bit different from the version released on the single/digital bonus edition. If like any anniversary celebration is not enough reason to go into the stems and export the song to prevent it from having transitions then what other situation have to happen to convince you do that? I mean they use as a source all songs from LPU4, the same songs that contains transitions and they just edited them for M20 release (maybe minus SMSTYM, the transition from that one was removed in 2008). Maybe they don't have stems for every song like Mike said some time ago? Anyway, here's the info about some of the edits: Sold My Soul To Yo Mama - a version from "Songs From The Underground" was used, it has the exact same cut of the transition at the end as version from M20. Standing In The Middle^, differences comparing the version from LPU4: - portion of the ending with transition to Step Up was cut and small fade out at the end was applied. Of course removing the transition this way cause that they removed a portion of the "Standing In The Middle" ending too, so the ending is incomplete --> https://i.ibb.co/8L7NQJry/sitm.jpg - the song still has transition at the beginning (the crowd noise) from the LPU4 second track "Breaking The Habit (Live)". If you play this M20 version of the song after the BTH live from LPU4, the transition still works beautifully. Breaking The Habit (Original Mike 2002 Demo)^ - some kind of compression was added on the whole track. It sounds more "watery" especially during the verses. Additionally 2 second of silence at the end was cut. While the other LPU tracks on M20 have some nice mastering upgrade, with bass boost etc., this one seems to have downgrade in my opinion, but seriously if you will compare it for yourself, you will probably agree with me Rhinocerous (2002 Demo) Attached (2003 Demo) - the sound volume of both was decreased --> https://i.ibb.co/84D8ktBt/076654.jpg - around 1 second (803 milliseconds) of silence at the end was removed from Rhinocerous - can't be sure for 100% but it is a possible that the Attached contains a tiny bit of compression in relation to the LPU15 version Easier To Run (Live LPU Tour 2003)^ - the silence at the beginning with very small portion of the fade in intro was removed - new fade out near the end was done, making the version on M20 a bit shortened. After the fade out the rest of the song, including the part where Chester says "Thank You" was cut --> https://i.ibb.co/gL16BCDS/etr.jpg So the full track without above changes is exclusive to the CD single and the digital bonus edition of the album. Crawling (Live Reading Festival 2003)^ - around 2,5 seconds of the beginning was cut, new fade in was made and the song now starts almost immediately from Chester's talking. - new fade out near the end, and after it the rest of the track (a little over 3 seconds) was cut --> https://i.ibb.co/G4GswrwY/crawlg-reading.jpg After those changes the song is shortened for little over 5 seconds. Breaking The Habit (Live Rock Am Ring 2004)^ - the transition at the beginning was cut and fade in was applied, small fade out was applied at the end too. Step Up_Nobody's Listening_It's Goin' Down (Live) - fade in was added at the start That's all. Besides that I want to mention that all tracks from the disc 4 and 5 has slightly different mastering and they sound significantly better. Maybe with some exceptions like "Breaking The Habit (Original Mike 2002 Demo)". The information about all with the ^ symbol was added to the song versions on Linkinpedia.

One thing that is not quite correct and that I will have to update is the lossless, Hi-Res Lossless formats for all below releases that are available only on iTunes and Apple Music. I have the lossless format icons for those for a quite a bit, and the reason to remove them is, you know because I thought that when you purchase the song on iTunes and then you download the same song in Hi-Res lossless from Apple Music, the downloaded file belongs to you, but it is not true, the downloaded ALAC file from Apple Music (at this point at m4p container) is still DRM protected and it can only be used on Apple devices, it is the same like with Spotify app, you can download a song there that is protected and can't be used otside Spotify app. So any lossless version that is available only on Apple Music should be treated as available for streaming only. So probably later today the lossless icon formats from all above releases will disappear, the info to notes will be added that the release is available in the lossless for streaming only on Apple Music. Each song in those releases will still have the information about Hi-Res quality/sample rate in the tracklisting.

Reanamed and moved both from "Free Downloads" section to albums. I made a mistake about those two and from the beginning both should be in the "Albums & EPs" section. Reason: both were not available for free download and in order to get those releases, you have to buy the boxsets, it's the same case as of "Hybrid Theory (Live At Download Festival 2014)".

Numb/Encore was even specially remastered for the Papercuts and released in Hi-Res version for the first time, while the whole ep is not yet available in that quality. So if they want, they can do. There is a still a month to TRT anniversary, they could still remaster TRT and release it in Hi-Res or release something on YT, or just make 4K upgrades if they want to do at least something to celebrate it.
-
With this one it is even hard to say that it was performed live. It is something like if they would play the OSC studio version from playback instead of performing it. I thought they would sing the acapella of it and leave just the talking that's after as being played from playback.
-
1-that's how the things can get messy when you want to do something for two different bands at the same time 2-yes 3-no 4-not really needed, no show on November 22
-
Would you don't mind if a potential From Zero Live album have the same live versions from the same show like all released videos on YT. Or you would rather want them to at least be from different shows than the released videos?

Changes made on the site and digital stores within last few weeks: Added: Music Videos (+Live Videos, Visuals) Stained (Live) link - streaming only -------------- The licence for "Lost In The Echo" music video was updated and now it is available for purchase in most countries and in some other digital stores/streaming platforms. Previously it was available only in a few countries on iTunes/Apple Music. Update of it on the site. -------------- The label has reissued 9 LPTVs (4 edited and 5 full length), which since some time were available only for streaming on YouTube. Now they are available for streaming on Tidal and can be purchased on mora.jp. With that 9 available now again after some time, it means the whole season with all 15 full length episodes can be purchased again in at least one digital store. Update on the site, the "streaming only" icon next to all the above episodes was removed and links were replaced with the ones from mora.jp, where those episodes can be purchased. Also, a small update on the length of some episodes. btw I have seen somewhere the information that the videos purchased from mora.jp are in MP4 format not m4v, I have to verify that. If someone can confirm that, let me know. -------------- Added the archived link from Amplified to notes where the fans could redeem the codes to download the audio files. Also, the Amplified was a very popular digital store selling music in WMA format at first (which you can read about here) and later in MP3 format. -------------- The song with the code "USWB10701476" has now updated credits on the site. -------------- Now I want to point out one small thing about "New Divide (Live)" from Greece, the digital version of the track with the code "USWB10904458" that is available in all below releases: For this particular live track I have on my site Brian Gardner as the one who mastered it, which I took from the TC CD single because it is the same track from the same show, but this might not be correct for the version that was released in digital stores. I have noticed that the version from the TC CD single is way more loud than the version released in digital stores, there is a significant difference in mastering: https://i.ibb.co/7NLjzpHw/0291482.jpg, there is no way that the same person who master the track for a 2009 release, a year later would master the same track that much differently for TC single. So it seems that not Brian but someone else mastered the digital version of the live track in 2009. The live track has also a different code on the TC CD single. Does anyone remember if all of the MTM pre-orders with bonus tracks in 2007, including the one with the LPTV bundle had "Minutes To Midnight (Deluxe Version)" as a name?

Yes, they never released live video of that song.

Added lyrics for "Does It Offend You, Yeah? Remix" of The catalyst to TC Linkinpedia page. Update of the release date of "Not Alone" stand alone release. While the song was released with the compilation album "Download To Donate For Haiti" on January 19, 2010, the 1-track digital release of it with its own cover artwork happened a year later. The song was released on iTunes and other digital platforms on October 21, 2011. The credits that we have for the song there, might be wrong, the digital stores seems to have copy/paste credits from the MTM album for this song. I have seen somewhere that the track was mixed by Mike. Also, added a slightly different New Divide alternate cover, which the maxi international version of the single had.
