I didn't see anyone complaining when Foreword and Empty Spaces were in the list. What makes these different? There's no music in those either.

Why? They were released as individual tracks on the album, so they're treated the same as any other track. I also made Foreword, Empty Spaces, The Radiance, Wisdom, Justice, and Love etc. as individual tracks, so those are no different.
