Linkin Park "Studio Collection" / Deluxe Editions
lpliveusername replied to RogueSoul's topic in Newswire
What would be difference?I downloaded the game just to get the song (since I don't have iPad, iPod or iPhone) and there's only a 128kbps mp3 file of it. Do you get a download link for a higher quality version of the song when you finish the game? I know the song is labeled as "demo", but Mike said in his blog that the band finished the song before releasing it in the LPU 9.0 CD. So "Across The Line" is a "full song".I think the original 2007 version is the one released in that european promo CD. -
Yes. "Where'd You Go" and "It's Goin' Down" were also released to LPU members.

The iTunes version comes with a "bonus disc" featuring some b-sides. It also comes with music videos. -
Sadly there are some videos missing from the LPU website. Like "It's Goin' Down" and "Where'd You Go" live.
-
The season 2 ones. From 1 to 15. By the way, is it ok to post youtube links to watch LPUTV episodes?
-
Edit: I don't know if this should be included, but there were some videos about .
-
I've downloaded these videos but never been able to watch them (they were protected).

I have a video of Where'd You Go (+ interview) live from MTV TRL UK. According to the file, the performance happened in May 1st, 2006. This is not listed in the live guide either.

I don't know about official singles, but they did have some songs released in compilations: Pilgrim He Lifts Me Up Wonderbread Run Joseph Run My Greatest Day Maybe these were songs that received local radio airplay.

Yes, it is. Just like the title. If you reverse the song, you will hear Chester saying "you should brush your teeth and you should wash your hands". Edit: wow! Sorry, I didn't know the question had already be answered.

List of all official Remixes
lpliveusername replied to linkin_boss's topic in Everything Linkin Park
Sorry, I didn't get your point. This is a list of official remixes. Not all the remixes in the list were officially released by Linkin Park but they are there anyway. Take the A Thousand Horizons remixes for instance. They were played during some art show and that's it. They never received an official release. Saying they had would be the same as going to Mike's house, listening to "Pictureboard" and saying it was officially released just because you heard the full song. According to what Astat said about the "Robot Boy" remix, a remix is official when the band (Linkin Park in this case) gives the multitracks of the song to a group/person so they/he/she can make the remix of said song. Despite being labeled as "unofficial" by Street Drum Corps, the "Robot Boy" remix is part of this list because the band (SDC) clearly had and used "Robot Boy" multitracks to make the remix. I'm not saying there's anything special about this "Waiting For The End" remix in particular, and I'm not saying The KickDrums is a famous band. Actually, I've never heard of most of the people who remixed Linkin Park songs. I'm just saying this remix was posted by LPAssociation as being official (at least that's what I got from the news) and I trust their judgement. Sorry about my bad english. -

According to the guy who leaked the Glitch Mob remix of "Waiting For The End", it is official. Here's what he posted at LPA forums in 2010: The remix was uploaded to soundcloud in 2012 by a The KickDrums member. -

Waiting For The End (KickDrums Remix) -
I remember "Tampa Finals" was added to BMI at the same time as "Pictureboard". There were rumors about it being an unreleased Fort Minor song that was set to be released with the LPU X CD. I never knew Mike had worked in the score for this movie. "Lying From You" is part of its soundtrack if I'm not mistaken. We could try asking Mike to release "Tampa Finals".

Sorry, I didn't mean to sound aggressive or to offend anyone.

During 8 months, they released 1 free downloadable track per month for the Fort Minor Militia members. The tracks were never released on CD. Lockjaw was kind of a christmas gift from Mike Shinoda to the LPU members. Mike uploaded the track to rapidshare and posted the link in the news. The acoustic version of Morning After was released as a free downloadable track for LPU members to celebrate the release of Out Of Ashes. Crawling was a downloadable bonus track for Songs From The Underground, but any LPU member (including the ones who didn't have the CD) could download the track. None of the tracks came with cover/artwork. They were just .mp3 files.
