I don't like the lyrics at all but the overall sound is great. Chester's vocals could have been mixed better, there's something off.

Burning In the Skies has pretty decent lyrics and is one of my favourite LP songs.

Yeah i couldn't care less if some of the lyrics are repetitive or cliche or whatever. If there's no use for cool metaphors for something you wanna say just say it like it is. No need to force poetic shit. Anyway for me sound>lyrics

Actually both sound like yelling to me. 2:34 That's what screaming is like.

This may sound weird but i don't consider those "shut up"- parts and almost anything else on Hybrid Theory to be screaming. I think it's more like yelling. But when Chester does it live, it sounds more like screaming to me.
