Because of shipping and taxes the prices will be high as fuck for european... So I will probably order the CD/DVD set at amazon...I'm anyway not a huge fan of vinyls or skate decks but the art book would be cool!

So there is no normal edition with just the CD or what? And what's up with the cover? Is it Black-White and not white-black as shown before!? And why is neither the band name nor the album name on the cover?

LP should explain the meaning of the cover... If it has no meaning it's the worst cover ever. I would love to see a cover with mike's art. he's so good but they never use it for covers
