  1. very nice. they're all great. nice job, both of you!!
  2. 1. New Divide-this kinda reminds me of the old school LP. the samples, the keyboard, the drums. pretty epic track. i hope i get to see it played live when they tour again! 2. Across the Line-WTF were they thinking not putting this on M2M? this totally blows In Pieces out of the water! Really powerful lyrics. I hope they do more songs like this on the new album. 3. Lockjaw-Really dark track. This only continues to show Mike's incredible production ablility. I wonder what this would sound like as a completed track? Best instrumental they've ever done, in my opinion. 4. Blackbirds-I was kinda iffy on this track at first, but I quickly warmed up to it. Mike's rap is sick, and Chester's voice is really moving. 5. Not Alone-I like this track, but, compared to the others, it's probably one of my least favorite. kind of poppy for me. but still a good track. 6. No Roads Left-Why is everyone obsessed with this track? I, for one, am glad that they didn't play it live. chances are it probably would've sucked. I mean, it's still good, but it's definatly not the best track released during this era. It's real poppy, and the guitars don't really sound that great to me..

  4. downloading it now. hell ya!! it has begun..
  5. COME ON!!! SERIOUSLY??!!!! Man, why can't I live in/near California?!! Oh well. Good luck to anybody entering. Do you think they'll show off Blackbirds to everyone who goes?
  6. cool! can't wait for vids!!
  7. i think LP should do another stadium tour with Metallica. that would be sick!
  8. lol. i didn't even think about that. it probably will
  9. a basic idea of what happened is: sob finished Reseda Beach, but Warner was delaying the release, cause they didn't like the album, or something. So Mike confronted them about it, and it got into a huge fight, and involved LP, Machine Shop, and SOB. In the end, Warner said that they didnt want to release the album, so SOB decided to leave. the good news was, that they got the full rights to the album (or so we've been told) so they could release it on an independent label, or just do a digital release. apparently, Tak felt that Mike didn't do enough to help SOB, while Ryu felt that it was Warner's fault. That's about all I know. Someone feel free to correct me if i missed anything.
  10. This reminds me of Atreyu's Greatest Hits album. or, as I like to think of it, Victory Records' attempt to squeeze cash out of the band and stick it to them since they were leaving the label. I don't really like greatest hits albums, but if they release a new song/video to promote it, im ok with that.

  13. well, especially on the first 2 albums, he was kinda the lead vocalist. idk so much nowadays.
  14. Oh man, I want the EP SO BADDDD!!!!!! Unfortunatly, it'll probably be outragiously priced by bidders. sigh. Oh well, i'll try to bid as much as possible.
  15. lol. geeze. Hope they post that on the website. I think that gets the award for Best Mike Shinoda Quote Of The Year.
  16. apparently, it's about the life of a cannaible...pretty disturbing
  17. Just because ONE band member likes the song, doesn't mean it'll be comming back. There are five other members in the band, and they may not feel as strong about the song. Don't Stay has pretty much been removed. It was gone for much of 2008, and all of 2009. Papercut, again, they have already removed it. Although there is a chance it may be back for 2010 If LP played every song that fans said were "Fucking Awesome" or "Fucking Great" The set list would be 2 football fields long, at least. HHM hasen't been played since 2004, so its unlikely to be brought back. Same with P5hng Me A*wy. QWERTY won't be played. Why? The band said themselves that they couldn't agree on which version to play, the live or studio versions. They did a hybrid of the two for a few dates in 2007, but they didnt like it, so it was removed. Mike said that the HTEP songs won't likely be played, due to some of the band members not liking them. NRL, Mike already said that he can't sing the song live. They rehersed it a couple of times, and they didn't like how it sounded. Hopefully, real LP fans will like the song, regardless of it appearing in Twilight. Even if it is popular, people who got into LP because of that song probably won't like being at their concerts, since they will be playing heavier songs than LOTAR. And if it's erased, I don't think anybody (other than the Twilight junkies) will shed a tear.
  18. i love the new site. btw, check out some of the user videos!
  19. I never can get into In Pieces. Whenever I hear it, I just automaticlly change it. It's a little to emo for me. Also, Ppr:kut, My<Dsmbr, and the Zion/Zumbi rap part on PLC.4 MIE HÆD. Those remixes, to me, just suck.
  20. http://itunes.apple.com/us/album/kroq-almo...mas/id347507441 i think it's only available in the U.S. i think
  21. additional fun fact: Fort Minor's Be Somebody had lyrics from the DJ Vice collab, Freestyle. Also, gotta add all the demos from LPU 9.
