Trust me, you don't book the Lanxess Arena in Cologne with 20'000 seats without a new album ;-) For show cases with 1-2 new songs they would book a hall for maybe 3000 fans, just like the show in Berlin in 2007 or the Webster Hall show ;-)

Do you remember Evidence of the Dilated Peoples? He joined Linkin Park on the Reanimation version of High Voltage. His Reanimation platin plaque hangs in his home studio! That's a big sign of respect from one of the best west coast Rap artists ;-)

Roots jam sessions are jazz orientated concerts which means almost everything is improvisation. In my opinion this song is an inprovisaton too because I'm a huge Roots fan and I know all their realeased material (even the albums from the early 90's) but I've never heard this song before. BTW: Mike's flow isn't that good, looks like he's not used to this rhythm. -

I don't like that song too. The programming is just disastrous and doesn't really fit to the vocal melody. The only interesting things are the bass line and the rhythm change at the end of the song. I'm kinda shocked that people are asking why ATL was not on the album For sure. There's a world of difference between those songs!

Don't expect too much from the string parts in ANY song! The demos won't have live strings, only keyboard and MPC tunes. That means everything will sound a bit less "organic" than in the final versions ;-) BTW I'm waiting for "across the line" and "drawings" ;-)

This message is so sad. Yesterday I talked about his crew with a friend and we listened to some music. Less than 12h later I got a text message about RR's dead. That's so crazy.

I think it's dangerous for the community to have direct links/extra content as a motivation to get donations. There's the risc to create a "2 class" fan community.

The donations are a good idea, as long there's a save credit card (paypal?) system. That would be important for me ;-)

The show is over and it was just sick ! Best LP show I've seen until today ;-) the Band really enjoyed the evening, they almost didn't want to leave the stage :-p Joe played "Superman"... Setlist was the same as in Graz but just perfekt. The LPlive.net meeting was cool too... Looking forward to the group picture :-) and it looks like I'm the only one who has the DSB...

If TV stations wants to show a concert of an artist they usually have to buy a permission. You can imagine a licence for a LP concert won't be cheap and that's why the can't broadcast it ;-) Dream TV can't afford the licence.
